There are 3 cafes inside the museam this is one of them it's quite pricey but ok. Would have preferred to bring own food and sit in the picnic area instead

The staff were astonishingly polite, professional and friendly. The quality of food exceeded expectations and the price is certainly decent and reasonable considering it's a "T rex cafe in the museum".

Very convenient location inside the nature history museum. Very nice place, they even have two moving dinosaurs at the entrance. Not busy when we ate at 14:30 and nice staff. Pizza is very fresh and tastes good but both kid meal fish and chicken are way too salty for kids. Also desserts arrive incredibly late

We have been here a few times and the food has been just above average. although the last time we went there the variety of food available was good and also served deliciously. the service was much better which meant we sat down and got served without having the way what hand for a number of times looking for a waiter or waitress

This restaurant is inside the NHM and very child friendly. Staff was very nice and attentive, but the food just wasn't very good, especially for the price. Kids portions are decent size, but both burgers were bland and very dry. You're better off ordering the pizza or pasta options.

The grilled sea bass was delicious and affordable. The atmosphere is you're basic museum eatery but the food was good. The velociraptors at the entrance were a fun touch.

Very poor quality of food and unexpected turn of events finding a rubber band wrapped to small twigs inside the beetroot and lentil burger. Such a disappoint as we wanted to have a good time but ended up thwarted.

There are some bad reviews on here but I had a good experience today. Food was decent in a nice setting.

A busy place on a bank holiday weekend and a popular venue within the Natural History Museum. A wide range of good quality healthy food plus a children's menu but a c.40 minute wait for us at lunch time. It can also be a bit noisy - you might have expected a different design and table layout to reduce this problem.

Lots of staff but not very proactive in terms of taking orders, clearing the tables and also getting the bill. Even though this is supposedly kids friendly, kids menu do not offer a health and balanced meal. All kids main courses don't come with any vegetable options - I'm afraid chips and ketchup doesn't count.
