Wonderful pub. Great atmosphere. We had Sunday roast and hamburger. Sunday roast was lovely, lots of taste.

Applied for a job here but it wasn't for me , the staff were lovely and so bubbly and polite. Will definitely return in the future as a customer and I hope you found the right candidate ❤

Had lunch at The Duke of Clarence today with a friend and her two granddaughters (who can be picky eaters). The staff couldn’t be more helpful and all the food delicious.I have visited several times over the last ten years with various friends and the staff have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful; the food always just as ordered and perfectly cooked; and the drink just right too.In a big city it is rare to have such consistently high quality. Thank you !

The Duke of Clarence is another find in Kensington, London. I can't believe I found a bar with a real fire to chill out in front of. The clientele are mainly in their late twenties to late thirties and as such the atmosphere is great.I ate a vegan burger and my pal ate a sirloin steak. We both liked the food, but we especially liked the table service. Well done guys! Highly recommended.

Lovely English Pub.Try the Burger with bacon & take on side the onions...Nice atmosphere, good service.Unfortunately dont expect to drink coffee. Often the coffee machine it's out of order...But who cares try a pint...:)

Lovely pub near Gloucester Rd - great food, good ambience, very attentive staff and nice decor. We go there regularly and are never disappointed, a good stop for lunch or dinner or just a drink if you are in the area.

Visited on Sunday to watch the rugby match- what a great place! The staff was lovely, the pub was nice and spacious with a nice vibe! The food took longer than expected to arrive but before we could ask the server about that, she came and apologised and told us that we don’t have to pay for any of the food- this was an example of excellent customer service! The food itself was quite decent, the fries and sticky toffee pudding were the best! Over all would recommend if you’re looking for a nice pub!

The best experience here for my birthday! Friendly bar staff and an extra thank you to the best door staff girl called Celine!! So so welcoming, checked my friends and I were okay getting in and then even made sure we were getting home safely! Massive thanks again!

Got the Fish and Chips. Good portion and great chips. I would not personally batter the fish with the skin on but that might be to interpretation. The mushi peas seamed off, I tried to tell the waitress but she tried to convince it was my tastebuds. Otherwise service was friendly and fast. I was at odd time and place was empty thought.
