Fait Maison in Kensington and Chelsea

Fair Maison is a lovely elegant place for breakfast. We had Hamsa, Shakshooka, and Middle eastern mix. The food was amazing and each dish had a surprise twist that elevated it.We ordered a rose latte which was delicious. The peanut latte was average.The reason for the 3 star was the staff. The majority of the staff were unprofessional and lack customer service training.We had a reservation, and were asked to show it. While the people behind us, without a reservation, were seated before us. The interesting thing is, seeing the reservation did not change their service. The place was empty with many tables available. Even after seating us, we were asked about the reservation. When I showed it to them, they were surprised to see it.Another issue was servers were touching our food and utinsiles as they tried setting the dishes on our table. As they were picking up the empty dishes, I was afraid something would fall on me. Also, the table was being sprayed clean as my coffee was on the table. I had to remove my coffee to make sure no chemicals go into it.If they provide customer service training to their staff and implement simple etiquette could bring them up to 5 stars.

Had a wonderful experience here. Benjamin, our server was excellent. He was kind, funny and very helpful. He made us feel right at home. Food was very tasty and the decor was absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to our next visit!

I love the food and the place! Super cute and staff are very good as well. The mojito is probably the best I ever tried as non alcoholic version .

Had a delicious English breakfast and tea. The presentation of the food was lovely. The wait staff were so kind. The overall atmosphere is beautiful and definitely worth your visit!

Beautiful and chic restaurantThe food was delicious. We came for a birthday party and it was amazing 🎂The decorations are very cuteStaff were very well organised and so much fun. They had birthday songs when the bday girl came in and danced and made the atmosphere so fun. 🎉The dinner was a set menu and the food was delicious 🥘Toilets are cleanThey also made the birthday cake and macarons and they were delicious.Highly recommend the place for a romantic dinner or events.

Excellent food, considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want take photos ans selfies. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Highly recommend

I really love this place! Lovely staff and especially Zainab, Abdulrahman and the other guy with glasses (sorry never got his name), all really look after us when we go.As we have a garlic intolerance, many of the foods have garlic but we usually have the Zaatar and cheese paratha which comes with a nice glass of karak chai. Also the dessert is AMAZING!! Fuugi and pistachio heaven are the way to go!! Even though my job involves teeth, I always say that it is frequency not quantity so just eat the whole thing after your main meal and it won't cause more damage to the teeth :D

Delicious food & excellent service. I had the paratha with soft cheese...so well made ! Falafels were the best I've had !! Will definitely be returning.
