Excellent service. Very welcoming too. The food was nice as usual and the portions huge. Had a lovely dinner there with my family. The decor also is fabulous

First experience. Stood at least 15 minutes by the door (the sign says to wait for us to ve seated). The manager and staff all noticed me but none of them came to welcome or just say please give us few minutes until we prepare your table. Although there were empty tables and nothing special was done to it. That is a very long time to acknowledge a customer! And not just me, while I was sitting I looked at the door and many have waited a very long time until someone went and spoke to them. I ordered Moroccon tea and asked the waiter if there is an option for 1 person because I was alone, he said OK we will do that. They charged me for a tea pot that is for 2! I didn't say anything but that's not right. Staff didn't know much English, and also not fully aware about the menu. I asked how Rose Latte is made, Rose water or syrup or what exactly. But he had no idea and asked what milk do you want??!! Lastly, I don't undrestand the menu prices. Too much for what is really offered. Their focus is only on the GCC clients.

The food was good especially the shakshuka and the piratha.Their coffee was not very good.The decor is beautiful and the staff were very nice and helpful.I especially liked that they had a praying area!Recommend if you're looking for a place that has Arabic food.

If you wanna afternoon tea you should definitely go! Its amazing 😻 I will come to here with my husband again, thanks!

Fair Maison is a lovely elegant place for breakfast. We had Hamsa, Shakshooka, and Middle eastern mix. The food was amazing and each dish had a surprise twist that elevated it.We ordered a rose latte which was delicious. The peanut latte was average.The reason for the 3 star was the staff. The majority of the staff were unprofessional and lack customer service training.We had a reservation, and were asked to show it. While the people behind us, without a reservation, were seated before us. The interesting thing is, seeing the reservation did not change their service. The place was empty with many tables available. Even after seating us, we were asked about the reservation. When I showed it to them, they were surprised to see it.Another issue was servers were touching our food and utinsiles as they tried setting the dishes on our table. As they were picking up the empty dishes, I was afraid something would fall on me. Also, the table was being sprayed clean as my coffee was on the table. I had to remove my coffee to make sure no chemicals go into it.If they provide customer service training to their staff and implement simple etiquette could bring them up to 5 stars.

Had a wonderful experience here. Benjamin, our server was excellent. He was kind, funny and very helpful. He made us feel right at home. Food was very tasty and the decor was absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to our next visit!

I love the food and the place! Super cute and staff are very good as well. The mojito is probably the best I ever tried as non alcoholic version .

Had a delicious English breakfast and tea. The presentation of the food was lovely. The wait staff were so kind. The overall atmosphere is beautiful and definitely worth your visit!

They had birthday songs when the bday girl came in and danced and made the atmosphere so fun. 🎉The dinner was a set menu and the food was delicious 🥘Toilets are cleanThey also made the birthday cake and macarons and they were delicious.Highly recommend the place for a romantic dinner or events.

Excellent food, considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want take photos ans selfies. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Highly recommend
