I've been eating the pepperoni pizza for quite a while now. I do like it a lot, its so different then the pizzas you have tried anywhere else. It does taste like a very nice home made Italian pizza.

Something always goes wrong every time I order and I have given this place a lot of tries!!!!!!!!!! Either an item is missing, wrong items are given or the order is hugely late. It is also always cold, probably because they don't have enough delivery drivers to take food whilst hot and when ready to go. It's a shame because the menu options are great and sure the pizza would be amazing if delivered hot - the customer service is where everything falls apart :(Last time I was v frustrated to have ordered pizza and paid, had my order confirmed and then 45 mins after it was due to be delivered there was still no sign! When I called they told me the driver was no longer able to come due to an accident but then they were unable to send another driver. Also if I hadn't called, I reckon no one would have called me and I would have just lost my money and been left waiting without an explanation. Whilst I then got credit for my next order, when I ordered next time I had some wrong items and it was late again...I couldn't be bothered to ask for credit again but just will not be a returning customer!

Disgusting, thin, hard. Never going again. Used to go the whole time. Seriously downhill.

Yummy pizza! The crust was crisp and the ingredients tasted fresh and hand made. Feels healthier too. The server at the shop today was also really kind and helpful.

Last time that i will order from this pizzeria! I ordered 2 pizza's (1 no pork because of muslim friends) and 1 wrong pizza (with bacon) delivered instead. Keep calling the restaurant and no answer and after 20 minutes trying calling finally someone pick up the phone just to hang me for 20 minute without saying anything. Very poor costumer service.How to ruin a football night with friends....

A great alternative to dominoes if you want a pizza delivery, feels much healthier and always delicious. Would recommend doing a half and half pizza with a friend, works out as a very good deal.

Have been a client for 4 years. Always ordered pizza for home delivery. Not the best pizza I’ve had, but good and cheap enough for one of those nights. Never a complaint until I got this a few days ago (see picture). The order was acknowledged 30 minutes after payment. The pizza took way longer than usual to be delivered and it took more than the stated time at receipt of order. Most importantly, it was all curled up in the box, that dripped oil as the pizza had stayed in there way longer than it should have. It was cold and didn’t correspond to my specs during the order. I wouldn’t write this review had I not called to complain first and, after being asked to write an email, I wrote two but Firezza didn’t even acknowledge me. I think this is the worst client service a shop can provide. Sorry Firezza, I gave you more than enough chances to prove this a random shortcoming. You’ve now lost a client.

Firezza pizza, will definitely be going back again. Fair price and pizza was super filling and so yum. Ask for the spicy chilli sauce it's got a massive kick and tastes great with the pizza.
