The Pizza as always was fantastic. The serving staff I think need help. I do not work in the serving industry but they were not very welcoming or attentive. Hopefully this situation will get better for them. Maybe the management can support them to improve their friendliness

South Ken Franco Manca is one of the best, really really enjoyed the food there and at very affordable prices. If you’re craving great Italian Pizza, then that’s your way to go! 🍕 + the service is amazing 🤩

Good selection of food, at reasonable prices too. Nice and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a small group of 3-4 people to chill and enjoy a decent pizza. Used a discount available for students on UniDays to get an even better deal!!

Best pizza I've had in London. The sourdough base is genuinely exceptional. It was also ridiculously good value. It was our first time there but the host/manager Luigi instantly made us feel like regulars. Great food, great atmosphere, great people!

Although this is a branch of a national chain, the small location and friendly staff give this a feel of a local pizzeria rather than an outpost of behemoth. Customers on a Monday night were a mix of friends catching up and families with young but well behaved kids. Sourdough pizza was excellent.

The restaurant is lovely and cosy, great decor. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. They need to clean the pizza ovens as the bottom of all 5 of our pizzas was burnt and the burnt taste masked the real flavours of the pizza. It was so burnt that it left a black stain on your fingers. We waited quite some time for our main meals… a bit understaffed I guess.

Terrific sourdough pizza in South Kensington. Went at a quiet time of the day and so the restaurant was very quiet. Pizza’s came very quickly, and were terrific. The sourdough base is soft yet with the right amount of crisp, and toppings are fairly generous without being overpowering. The garlic dip was good, pesto dip a little underwhelming. Homemade lemonade was pretty tasty as well.

We ate at Franco Mance for the first time a year ago and were very pleased. But unfortunately we have eaten twice recently - to give it another chance. The dough is not that good anymore, pizza was chilled, the cheese didn't melt.

Let me start with the fact that pizza in Franco manca never disappoints. However the service we have received here was quite awful. There were around 3 all very young waitresses and all very unmotivated to work. Whenever called to a table they responded with an absolute lack of willingness to even hear the customer out, god forbid to bring something for them such as water. They treated us with ignorance and each time we called them they were just purely impolite. In the end they made a mistake on our bill with some MasterCard credit which wasn’t valid, for which the waitress briefly apologised and told us to ignore it. She then typed in to the card machine the total WITH the optional service charge to which I asked why did she do it if it’s optional and we didn’t opt in? Meanwhile my friend paid and she just said “oh we always do that”. To which I said “but isn’t it optional?” And she said “yes”.I was in awe because I couldn’t really say anything anymore. The least they could do is ask. I found it utterly disrespectful and even though I never have a problem leaving tips this left me feeling like it was robbed. It’s just not the way to go around it. Anyway it could all have not been an issue if they were at least pretending to act polite.

Nothing special. I had high hopes, as I love fresh pizza, but it wasn't great and I've certainly had far better quality pizza and service elsewhere. In particular I thought there could be more cheese on the pizza and a bit more sauce, as it was these factors made the pizza dry but in all fairness the flavour was good. You also can't fault the price as eating here doesn't break the bank. However if you really love pizza then I suspect a good independent will also be a better fit.
