The beef was brown and chewy, carrots were tasteless, potatoes were stale and old (no crispy), broccoli was mushy, and gravy was thick and weird tasting. Only good thing was Yorkshire pudding that was pretty good. Service was slow, took over an hour from ordering to receiving. Would not recommend.

I rented the private room for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. It was a great night! The communication in the run up before was good. We had our own private bar and waiter who was really attentive and friendly, and, the option to plug in your own music too. There were 35 of us and lots of space to dance! Thank you

Great terrace where you can have lunch or simply enjoy a coffee.Very friendly staff.My recommendation, their egg benedictine, it beats all in the area, the eggs were perfectly cooked and the Hollandaise was delicious, all served on gorgeous bread.A great treat to have again and again.I will revisit.

The new menu is not to my taste. I am not sure why they had to change it. They had a brilliant ribeye, skinny fries, pizza toppings and tuna tartare with avocado before this new management changed the menu. I had a tagilata steak last night which was tough, overcooked and tasteless. The rosemary fries were actually undercooked and uninteresting. . All of it way to expensive for the poor quality. Staff are so kind and efficient but the kitchen needs to do better for me to go back to eat.

Great for drinks and wine or starters also amazing decor and vibe. If you like a good roast dinner avoid. Gravy was water, the food was cold and no roasted potatoes, they serve it with fries instead. I almost cried.

I never like getting roasts at restaurants because they are always a let down. But this roast was honestly the tastiest thing I’ve eaten in a while! It’s a lovely place with great decor and seating outside for those (rare) hot days. The food was great, the restaurant is easy to get to and the service was impeccable. 10/10!

Great food and atmosphere. We didn't book but they gave us a table for an hour but didn't chase us away when the time was up. Prices are on the high side but good quality food and attentive service. The rhubarb and cream dessert was delicious (see photo) and worth waiting for as it took a while. Good heaters for outside dining too. We will be back!

Cannot recommend enough. Big massive thank you to Sam & Christian, who were so kind and welcoming and gave me a free drink for me having to wait for my table. Gorgeous food, and great outdoor space. Staff were the highlight they cannot do enough for you!
