Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Kensington and Chelsea

I am a regular customer of this brand, I usually get their burger at waterloo, and it is still one of the very few places that allows changes to the burger, some very tasty, and therefore it is definitely my favorite. Today, however, I was disappointed I ordered from the Chelsea site the burger arrived late and very cold, the fries unwatchable and frozen, a real shame. I don't know if I'll reorder it from this place.

Nice burgers but it wasn’t the nicest GBK I’ve ever been in - quite small and not very interesting. The table was booked for 7.30 but the manager told me I was 30 minutes late. I’m never late… he had a party booked for 7 o’clock that never arrived. I didn’t like his attitude so wouldn’t go back.

Incredible food, nice little restaurant and quick service. Staff were nice and attentive and helped us out with our requests. Very highly recommended if you enjoy a really good burger.

Food was OK(ish), but took A REALLY LONG TIME TO COME, fries were all cold when it did. After we realised it is actually quicker to order with a server than using the app, which is actually really easy to use, decided not to return. I think my app placed order was over-ridden by the many MANY collection orders we saw leaving the door as we waited, had to ask a couple of times to find out how long it would be, it wasn't worth the wait or the £38 odd for 2 burgers and cold fries.

Very good service and food. Good vegan and chicken options as well. The service was very quick. The staff were lovely. The restaurant was small but the online booking service makes up for this and overall gives a very cosy atmosphere.It's also close to the tube station and Kensington Gardens as well as the museums around so its a good place to grab lunch

Amazing food. We ordered one meat and one vegan burger with skinny chips. Delicious. A bit pricey but as a treat once in a while, we'll worth it.

The 1 star for this eatery is rather generous…Very disappointing. The quality of the food has gone down, whilst prices have gone up! Ordered food via Deliveroo a few times lately and it seems as the photo suggest, that it’s ok to stick everything in a bag, because people will accept it as no way to really send it back!Stay away from this place, as they cater to take aways and do not bother with paying customers. Whilst waiting for our food over 40+ minutes, approx 30 drivers picked up the food, and the restaurant did not bother to look after the customers in the restaurant. Stay away!

The place are lovely clean staff well present chef know how do the best burgers at town ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I love GBK and it is usually my favourite choice of a chain restaurant.I came in my lunch hour and was sad to have found that they stopped doing the lunch menu (where you get good in 15 mins). But was pleased to have tried the satay-faction burger, which is like the satay burger on steroids and was delicious.The staff were okay, they didn't have a bad attitude but weren't particularly friendly either.I witnessed the staff clean tables down once the customers were done. But all of the chairs were dirty with crumbs and grease marks on them. The sauce bottles were also pretty grubby.I did not use the restroom so can't comment there. This particular restaurant is quite cosy and there is no step-free access. It is quite narrow so i don't think it is wheelchair friendly at all.

The burgers have a really great flavor. The bun (on the standard burger) is just ever so slightly too hard. The thick cut fries are really good. Milk shakes are ok, some what of a miss, the ice cream they use isn't the best.
