Had Xmas dinner with a few friend last night ,Leana and one of the manager exceptional service,dinner was amazing and nothing was too much too ask very accommodating.Would alway recommend nice atmosphere

Kind of quiet for a casino but great food and wonderful staff!

Great atmosphere and the staff were really helpful and professional especially the late night door man. He was so friendly.

Been here before lockdown, surprised how empty it was but had a lovely hour or so paint table games. Staff throughout were very friendly and helpful.

The reception lied about they don’t have the daily golden give away promotion anymore, I can see they have it in the website, the other venue still do this promotion. If I was not the hour first five entering customer then it’s my bad, but I am ! Then when I went inside, the slot machine always full, not many options, a corner full of people, the social distancing basically impossible. Very small casino compared to others. Too small too crowded if you’re going to play slot. Many guests don’t wear mask even their stuff. I Don’t feel safe .

Completely computerised. Unsafe brand and witnessed here, Victoria and piccadilly.I witnessed the manager, target certain gamblers. The communication between him, the controller and on previous visits the games technicians. The movement of the ball when certain players play gives alot away. Also staffs faces. This brand is absolutely illegal. Ive reported them them to the gaming commission. Many regulars have stopped coming here as there behaviour towards customers is getting worse.

New management are disrespectful and do not understand the value of customers especially customers who have been members for over 3 decades.Very disappointed with one of the new manager who has no customer etiquette and no customer relationship whatsoever.With this mentality Casino is going to lose valuable and decent customers. It is insane that the group supports decision of this one manager.All other staff from reception to waitresses, dealers, etc. are wonderful.

Very friendly staff.From the doorman through to the receptionist, then the floor staff and into the bar and restaurant area.I took my cousin who is visiting from abroad as a treat - he loves to play slot machines.Great experience for me because I don't play.

Went here about 1 week ago with my husband. We sat and watch and had food there the first night. I was watching the patterns and staff around the roulette tables. It not safe at all. Completely rigged and not independent. The outcomes are definitely not independent. Roulette is said to be ramdon, yes but not completely. Random doesnt mean I give the influence the result so much I can tell u its random. I saw the previous review and completely agree. The patterns seem to be the same every night to get people betting they dont look natural and they are going against the natural spin, order of the wheel. So when u bet it will go against u. Either way. I'm going to report this too. Bet the managers feel good about themselves self completely influencing the outcome to get losing bets to people. Which is thieft. Against the gambling laws and complete illegal. When u know the hit zones, patterns, flips etc and then u see what happens here. Please save ur money and bet at a safer venue.
