We love Itsu but unfortunately this one did not impress us that much. The Salmon was of poor quality, the sushi was not made well and they had no gluten free soy sauce.

Lovely food, nice presentation, good location and good customer service. Recommended. Update: I am changing my previous review. Although food is good, this time I have bad experience with the customer service. The lady who serves me was not friendly, not welcoming, and in my opinion trying to finish her day asap. You should keep an eye on your staff attitude, because even if you food and location are excellent, a bad customer service could destroy your reputation. I will give a final review in 15 days and see if this time it was only a bad day for the staff or if it is the common doing.

This was the first time when I tried Itsu. Prices are acceptable.Ffoods are delicious there, I will go back definitely.This place has a good vibe, cosy and nice in overall.

Itsu is always nice. This one wasn’t too far from Harrods where we were and then it was close to the station as well.They have half price 30 minutes before closing which is always great but you probably need to come and pick your stuff a few minutes earlier because the shelves get empty in seconds!

Great food great service!! Only problem was... my daughter wanted avocado rolls and edamame beans. None were on the shelf, we asked a member of staff, he said they were completely out. As soon as we paid for our alternative choices, they put some out :(I wish he went to the back to check.

A little pricey, the image on the menu above the tills does not reflect what you receive, in my case there wasn't any boiled egg with my vegetarian noodles and it didn't come a a turned wooden bowl as in the picture (it came in in a paper cup with plastic lid).

This form of pan Asian ready or freshly prepared (predominantly cold) food is really popular in this part of London. And it's mostly very healthy.Inevitably these partially take-out establishments deal with the delivery scooter drivers, which does not add to the ambiance of eating in. Which was hard to do, as it happened, as the staff decided to close the restaurant a full 25 minutes early that evening.

Quick lunch. Have been coming here for almost a year, about time I post a review. This site never fails to deliver. Teams attitude, management/leadership, cleanliness, product availability, vibes, efficiency and much more to compliment here, everyone seems to enjoy their work and more times than not they go the extra mile. Highly recommended. Well done to the management here for keeping the team motivated, engaged and focused. Well run establishment indeed and well synchronised back of house ✔

Super busy at lunch. Good sushi for grab and go. Reasonably fresh. Nice staff. Half off a half hour before closing.
