Janet and the team were very friendly.The atmosphere of the place it’s very authentic and great for casual beers with friends. The location it’s superb, 1 min walk from South Kensington tube station.We will definitely come back!Thank you

One of the worst bar I have ever been in London. If the overpriced and watered cocktails are already enough to justify avoiding this place like the plague, the owner is borderline abusive toward customers, continuously reminding them that they need to keep buy drinks or she'll kick them out, while acting all entitled about being there "to make money". Never in my life I witnessed something like this.

The worst bar in London. Janet is the rudest person I have ever met. The drinks tasted like dishwater and when we complained Janet gave us the finger. Unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE

Awful experience. We were drinking and chilling with friends and the lady kept telling us we had to buy more. Beyond, over expensive drinks definitely not worth it. Never ever again

Appalling bigoted behaviour from the establishment. A punter (clearly a regular) made a Holocaust sympathetic comment and was called out on it by us. A confrontation ensued in which our group was forcibly ushered out while the punter was left to continue drinking. This comes after our group spent a small fortune on watered down drinks. Do not come here.

Difficult review to write. It's a Fab bar with a great atmosphere but the just Rob you blind. Cocktails over priced and over watered. So much potential but it's current rating of 2.8 is a bit right. Yes i might go back in years to come.

I have visited Janet's Bar on many occasions throughout the years. It has always been crowded and lively. However, I have never ever ever experienced such disappointing service anywhere else. On recent occasion, my friend and I left our table for a brief moment to say goodbye to our friends, and in the meantime the waitress cleared our table of some leftover drinks. No biggie. Happens. We returned and asked where our drinks were, instead of saying sorry, thought you left or whatever adequate thing along these lines, the service person brought all of the dirty glasses she had behind her bar onto our table. It's cute. Nice move. Also incredibly rude. I am left wondering, did she also spit in our drinks that we ordered afterwards? I told the manager about this incident at which point she just gave me a smirk and dismissed me. Guys, if you hate your job and your customers, go find something else to do. I came there to relax, I do not need someone to act out on me. For anyone wondering, check out the bar, it has character, but do not expect to have a great atmosphere maintained by the staff/managers. Also, plenty of other places to spend money at in London, thankfully.

A calm place to get away from the busy street. Very divey and chill. I would definitely recommend. Good mix of music not too loud and very friendly staff who gave great suggestions on other bars and places to visit. Might be a little more pricey but hey I warned ya.

Such a poor experience, over priced, the worst decor and general atmosphere. The staff who I can only describe as odd were staring at us throughout our time, possibly the worst interactions I’ve had with bar staff in a long time. How this bar charges £11.50 for a bottle of beer that costs £2.75 in a shop is ludicrous. I would not recommend this bar in any respect, if you want a late drink go into central!
