Amazing food!

Marvellous! It is so wonderful to have a lovely restaurant to go to that serves Halal meat AND has first class service! Olivia is truly wonderful! Our first visit was for a birthday celebration and we have been making it a tradition to go back for all occasions! We have been there for lunch and even enjoyed Christmas Day breakfast there which was delicious! The eggs florentine were perfect!!Olivia is so delightful and warm! She really makes our visits to the restaurant enjoyable and she has a lovely sense of humour 😁So glad The Carlton Jumeirah has re opened and the hotel itself looks really nice. The ambience in the restaurant is classy and the quality of the service is truly first class!! Thank you to all the staff and especially Olivia who adds more cheer to our visits ☺️10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely staff and service. Recommend the seared tuna for starter and the French toast creme brulee for dessert!! The seafood "spaghetti" dish was quite salty. But overall lovely experience and meal

The staff are nice, friendly and sweet.Not many dishes to chose from,I ordered lamp chops and another time I ordered fish, tastes good, but not the best in London,Being part of the hotel, its obviously not cheap.

This restaurant profiles racially (I'm Asian), so beware. I was turned away today because they said they don't allow athletic clothes (I had just come from the gym in the hotel upstairs). This policy would be fine, except that they allowed a Caucasian lady wearing the same thing as me (leggings, athletic shoes and a black athletic jacket) to dine there. I had pointed this out to the hostess, who agreed the other lady diner is wearing athletic clothes too, but that her colleague must have let her in. This is not a valid excuse and shows they discriminate against customers.Regarding the food, they have a couple of decent appetisers and seafood pasta, but the menu isn't anything special and it is no longer worth going because of their unfair policy. This is a new restaurant and it would have been our 3rd time dining there. We dined here more for the convenience, since we frequent the gym upstairs. However, there are many other excellent Italian or seafood restaurants nearby like Olivomare and The Sea, The Sea on Pavilion Road. The food and the menu selection are arguably much better at these places, and more importantly, they treat customers fairly. I will instead support these fair local businesses and encourage you to do the same.

This restaurant just opened and already positioned itself as one of the best Italian restaurant in london! You would probably expect some understandable mistakes from a restaurant that just opened, but instead I found no mistakes whatsoever in terms of service, and quality of the food. Quality/price is 10 out of 10. The design, interior, decor, staff uniform, presentation of the plates its all very well thought. I will definitely go back over and over again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Probably the best Italian restaurant I have experienced in many years.I have had the luxury and have been fortunate enough to visit very established dining establishments throughout.This dining experience I had last Thursday was by far on top of the list, of modern Italian dining experiences, prior to this the best Italian experience I had was at the iconic Jurmeirah Property in Rome, I thought this could not be beaten.From start to finish it was a real dining masterpiece , and the enthusiasm of the team was infectious.The cooking skills of Marco was simple yet exquisite, even the dining restrictions and allergies of my wife Clare were taking care of with grace and warmth.In addition of the fabulous food the other shining lights are the team members, prior to me visiting this new venture we were very regular visitors to the hotel and the Rib Room and we’ were sad to say goodbye.However we need not have worried this really is a star among stars, headed by the knowledgeable and charismatic general manager Pablo Palomino In conjunction with the charming, graceful and passionate team member Sara Guastalla. We had a night to remember forever.As somebody who has just retired after 40 years in the hospitality business, I would’ve been proud to have all these team members working alongside me and also would’ve been proud to have had this venture under my stewardship.We very much look forward to returning to this gem.
