Great Japanese restaurant, delicious food. I don’t understand the reasoning behind charging an extra £1.10 for the same tea in the evening! One recommendation, please stop with the sad songs playing everytime! Apart from these minor gripes, great :)

They care customers with a genuine heart. My ramen accidentally came without noodle, they apologized, gave me 2 salmon sushi for free, and (possibly) added extra noodle for me when it’s remade. I wasn’t expecting these extra kindness, so a big shoutout to their service. The ramen is good but their attitudes made the ramen delicious!!! Highly recommend

Popped in late for some takeaway sushi as I was still hungry. Staff were friendly, there was a nice cosy atmosphere and they even put together a box including scallops (which I love) on request. It was delicious, proper sushi. If I lived locally I’d go here all the time.

Absolutley superb.A cosy little place in Earls Court with comfortable seating, excellent servicing and a delicious array of Japanese dishes.I can personally recommended the tuna nigiri which was fresh and succulent, and the deep fried tofu which was a delicious contrast from the sushi. We also enjoyed the warm Sake which was welcomed heartily on a cold winter night.I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area.

Amazing! Best food we've ever had by far. Pork Gyozas were to die for and theres no match for the wagyu beef! Food is fresh and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Spectacular, looking forward to coming again 👌😁

I went with a group of 4 people in the middle of February and ordered a bunch of food and deserts to understand the quality of food from a good selection of their menu (receipt included in pics). The general consensus from the group was the food was not of the best quality. The food was very photogenic and looked very delicious but the food did not taste as good as it looked, especially for the price. The Deluxe set, Salmon/Tuna set and Unaju Donburi in particular did not taste the freshest? Which was very strange as the food visually looked amazing. On the other hand, the deserts were amazing. The Green Tea Creme Brulee was not exactly a creme brulee as much as it was more like a mixture of a moose with glazed sugar on top? The taste was not bad at all but by no means was it a creme brulee.BUT THE ICE CREAM! Get the ice cream! They were amazing. Honestly, a saving grace in this restaurant. The Mango Sorbet was really good.I really struggled to give more than 3 stars and let me explain why.The food itself was not the best but still generally not too bad.The staff were very amazing. Seriously, some of the friendliest and helpful staff. They honestly saved me giving anything less than a 3 star rating. Why would I give less than a 3 star rating besides the food? The table and the surrounding was very dusty. There was a layer of thin dust on the wall and I was able to take off with a napkin. I've attached a picture of the dust I wiped of the border on the wall above the table. When the waitress was handing us the glass for our drinks, she handed them by holding the top of the glass rather than the side, so where our lips would be placed has been touched by someone hands.Just a general rule of thumb, when presenting someone with a glass, please grip by the side or base of the glass and never from the top where the customer would be putting their lips and drinking from.In whole, I think this place has really good potential. I think some minor changes listed above would be beneficial in the long run.Would I come here again? It's honestly hard to say for certain but I wouldn't rule it out.

Food is very tasty. Place is cosy, warm with friendly staff. Looks unassuming from outside but the warmth of the place and good hearty food makes this place special. Twice in a week during my London visit.

First night and time in London. We went in about 15 mins before closing. The waiter and waitress were nice and polite. The eel bowl of rice and tempura udon were quite good. However, the pan fried udon was a bit too much sauce. It would have been better if the portion were bigger.
