Kensington HIgh Street Nandos in Kensington and Chelsea

Considering this is a famous chain and in a nice area of London and on a Sunday early evening, I expected better. Guy at the front sorting tables seemed to be learning on the job. When we got a table and ordered it took nearly 30 minutes for food to arrive. This would have been ok had our drinks (bottomless) arrived first as is usual. We eventually got given two glasses (after asking and then ignored for ten minutes) which we used to serve ourselves. No excuse not to receive those earlier.However, the food itself was well cooked and quite tasty. No complaints with chicken, garlic bread, corn on the cob or coleslaw. Coke was also chilled in the machine without need for ice which was also good.In short, food good, service unacceptably poor.

It's a worst place i have been in a while! It's absolute mess inside, the tables have no distance between them, literally you eating and u can touch strangers with your elbows, made an order never got my drink until went to till and told. I understand its just nandos not some fancy place, but still it must be at least some standards, and there is none, absolute s..t hole, never ever coming back there

Always a treat to eat Nandos. Though the service were not good. We waited a long time for the children's meals.. Management were accommodating by providing free dessert.

What food they had in stock was lovely, problem was they were out of stock of a lot of main menu items, no quarter chicken or re fill drinks drinks for our order and we heard the same thing for 2 other peoples orders too, unsure what it was they had ordered though. Staff seemed to be run off their feet and the place wasn't as clean as it should have been.

Amazing place if you like chicken. I had the butterfly chicken with rice and coleslaw. And the taste is always perfect. In addition I got the single chicken wrap, as the regular portions are a bit too small for me. So that‘s the only negative.Otherwise clean restaurant with friendly staff. Can recommend.

Delicious, fresh made food. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door and assigned a table. Easy to order. Food came out super fast. Very enjoyable. Reasonably priced. Can't wait to return.

To me it is the best restaurant in the UK.. I cannot get enough of this delicious chicken. This nando's restaurant serve halal chicken.

Nando’s High Street Kensington is my favourite one. Always satisfied with the food and staff are very attentive. Keep it up. Thanks

Nicely laid out, with excellent food and friendly staff. Lovely new look inside too. Only gripe was you're supposed to order from your table online, but there was no phone signal and the WiFi didn't work, so a member of staff had to come take our order.
