KFC in Kensington and Chelsea

Dry bun, little to no lettuce, lack of communication skills. And no one really seems to know how to use the POS so it takes ages to actually order something. I thought Burger King was bad but it was just an appetizer.

Im really sorry to say this but just utterly appalling. For a start three people found it hard to understand what i was saying bevause no one in there was English. Everything single person indian. For me, this is not a problem but when they can barely speak English and asking me to repeat my order 4 times it's a joke. Maybe, the manager hiring is Indian and that's all he hires, which is racist. Happens a lot, look a most shops like tesco, kfc, burger King, if the the manager is Indian that is all they hire.

They were busy. Staff members were difficult to understand through the protective screen. I know we were in the premises late, but service was poor, and one member could not be bothered to make wraps, so told another member that they had run out wraps, which was not true.

Has the quality gone down? Service was poor trying to manage the lunchtime crowd with long waiting times and peaky cups. The chicken pieces were minuscule (photo shared) and they didn't even give a NHS discount, whereas all other KFC outlets do.Experience wasn't good.

The place is well kept. We went in and went downstairs and ordered using the table service. The food came somewhat late considering this is a fast food place (probably 8 mins or so on a reasonably empty restaurant seated customer wise). Also table service forgot to give condiments when the food was delivered (no ketchup, mayo, salt etc). what's the point of table service if i have to traipse back upstairs to ask for sauces? took 5 mins of queueing too just to get those sauces as the staff were busy looking at machines instead of watching the new arrivals. It would be much better if there was a station downstairs with the condiments / napkins / spoons etc available vs having to make customers go back upstairs, wait and ask for more / missing stuff!

I work nearby, and I go there every day for food. The food is great. But if you can wait 15 minutes to at make take the order, maybe more. And if it's fast ??

Much improved renovation and cleaniness is very good with a dedicated service person downstairs. As always staff are very helpful even when busy. Happy with my KFC here :)

Not a good experience. Place was messy, with food & packaging left on tables. The entrance to the toilets stank! The machine to order did not give receipts. There was no rice, limited salt & no pepper. If you ordered from the machine you could request table service but that was non-existent; the food was left out on the counter getting cold. Children came out still hungry!

Worst KFC ever been!Had quite few unpleasant experiences at this KFC as something will always be missing in the order. We had to check our order every time before leaving the store.Today we ordered the popcorn deal - 80 pieces for 5.99 and two pieces of chicken. The box looked empty and two pieces of chicken were small. We made an enquiry immediately but only got the chicken changed. We came home and counted the popcorn out of curiosity, it only has 48?!If you would like to order from KFC, I highly recommend you to avoid this store. 👎

Staffs are just gentle and helpful for fast food restaurants standard level. Plenty of sitting space on the basement floor. Clean toilet. However, fries were bit dry and not fresh as I would expect.
