Went here for a birthday meal and expected a much better experience than what I got. The waiters were so awkward with their servicing so we had to end up dictating everything ourselves. It was a full lack of friendly manners. The waiter decided to memorise our orders rather than noting it down and ended up forgetting a portion, which I had to remind them of. And an item of still water found its way onto the final bill when I'd told them to remove it very early on.Most importantly, not a SINGLE question asked about allergies. I ended up feeling sick after having the lamb shank which was a mess of a dish. This was topped off by the boss questioning why we didn't pay the optional service charge.Everything about this place felt so flat and undeserving of its status. No one in my group enjoyed their food or experience. Much better restaurants to visit in Knightsbridge than this one.

Fantastic food , fun staff and plenty of dancing at a private belly dance community event 'Rouh Arabi' which was held here. Great venue!

Excellent service and food! Very generous portions, especially in the dessert! We had a couple of warm starters that were really lovely. The octopus with the broad beans was also very good.Would definitely come back! Thank you for everything 😊

Random entry with the wife, food is halal, Kunafe was different, not your usual, would've loved it with Ice cream or fresh cream which isn't available. Warning - Alcohol everywhere. Customer service on point.

From the exquisite food to the incredible service this was one of the best dining experiences of my life. Hassan took amazing care of us, giving brilliant recommendations and helping to cater to my allergy. Can not recommend enough!

Just left the restaurant. The food and was very nice but i would no say exceptional. It 's a shame i didnt know they were doing Kenefe too as i can see eat on picture review here... I wanted so much to eat one today!!! Staff was nice too :)

We had booked there for pre-theatre at Royal Albert Hall. It was very quiet on a weeknight at 5.30, nevertheless the host, Hassan was friendly and helpful with the excellent Lebanese menu. We chose 6 mezze dishes rather than a starter and main each was really well prepared, fresh and delicious, The only negative was that we chose one too many mezze course and consequently had to deny ourselves dessert despite a very attractive selection. In the end the bill was a pleasant surprise for a central London restaurant and a delicious meal with excellent service. We will certainly be back. Thank you Hassan.

Restaurant itself was very nice, service was also very good; waiters were friendly & attentive, and the food arrived in good time. Food was also very tasty, and portions were good, felt full without being overly stuffed!, prices also not bad for the middle of London, would definitely recommend it & I would go again if I was in the area, all in all a good dining experience! 😀 👍

We have eaten Lebanese food in Beirut and around the Middle East and this is by far the most memorable. Whenever we come back to London we will be sure to book here again. The service matched the excellent food. Thank you so much for making our visit.

The service and food is so good. We massively over ordered and they kindly offered to give us a takeaway. We tried it on a whim but we will be back. The staff are super professional and calm, love this place.
