Service charge scam restaurant - uses hand written receipts (very rare for anything except tiny cafes these days) - they add in a service charge without listing it on the receipts or making you aware it is included. The same quality of food and service you can find in a number of other Indian restaurants within 1Km of this place - Google it. Avoid this place.

Average food and very high prices and the most expensive pint at £7 I have experienced even at London prices. I only had a starter which was minute so good job I wasn't starving. My daughter had two course theatre menu. Price was nearly £54. Staff were abrupt. Wouldn't return.

Food was great and the staff were lovely. However, the bill already included a 10% charge without it being listed. We read an earlier review about this, so calculated the bill to realise they sneaked this on. Very bad form. We pointed this out to the man who presented the bill, but he didn’t say anything, just smiled! Hence 3 stars. We still paid 10% as a tip though, because the other staff were great, especially the blonde lady who was mostly serving us.

unprofessional staff except the blond girl at the reception, and one of the waiters I couldn’t read his name the others they are really rude, the food was ok. There are many other places much better.

Food decent, however service was rather bad. I ordered a prawn curry which had bits of chicken in it. I'm pescatarian so don't eat meat at all. I let the waiter know but said that I will keep eating my dish since I didnt want them to waste it. (I was expecting to not pay for the dish at this point.) The waiter then brought a new dish without chicken, despite me saying I didn't want it, but by that time I was full so I didnt touch it and sent it back. Of course we were charged for the dish in the end. They didnt listen to the customer at all.

Amazing food and staff. Great service from beggining to end. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal this evening and will definitely be back.

Waters didn't seem interested in serving!! when they did get around to it they forgot our starters and then one of the main dishes were cold they tried to smothe this over with a free starter to take home ore a Free shot.

It’s a nice restaurant in a hotel. Great Indian food, the staff is kind. The food was tasty and absolutely amazing! Will go back.

Had a nice visit here for work. The dishes are served very well, and there is an interesting menu. Definitely a high end restaurant, though I wouldn't say I'm an expert in Indian cuisine. I enjoyed my meal, though I must say that the menu didn't quite warn me that the dish I ordered (from the chef specials) would be as spicy as it was...Overall, though, I'd come here again.
