Mc Donalds' Notting Hill in Kensington and Chelsea

This is my first ever trip to a McDonald's in UK. I went to try the McPlant. Well... Let's just say it was awful. I couldn't even eat it. Maybe I forgot how McDonald's taste as I haven't had any food from there in the past 10 years but still vegan food should not taste like this. Especially if using Beyond Meat.

Gets really dirty late in the evening. Once people have had a few beers, the restaurant makes very little attempt to keep front of house clean. But the food is McDonald's so.... Who's complaining really?

Had to wait 15 min for 3 food items and it was only about 4 people waiting for food not many people in general. When I got the food some of it was over cooked and cheese in the burger was cold and not melted, burger wasn’t warm either. Looked messy

Not suitable for customers paying with cash. Extremely difficult and the cashier said that they hope I was okay with not getting change... Was not even given the option to get given change so I overpaid. Unacceptable quite frankly.The toilet facilities are ok, there was loo roll and soap, which is not always to be expected in a McDonald’s.

Walked in to the toilet and walked straight back out again. Would rather hold my wee in and go elsewhere. If the toilet are like this, then what's the kitchen area like? Never again!

Rude manager on duty. I asked for sugar for my lathe and she turn her back and walked away. Also the tray was dirty, looked like she just put a new papper on a dirty tray and served me. She looked like a stressed out manager on duty which is preety sad for a morning shift

The supervisor seems totally on the ball, there's always a queue, the other staff seem a little bad in customer service......I have to update this, the supervisor again was on form showing staff how to clean, on his knees, cleaning himself....what a dedicated manager, plus; I know my food comes from a very clean place.A lady in a shirt was exceptionally polite, competent and, efficient, my ticket didn't print and she was so helpful while effortlessly doing 3 other tasks. The standards there seem to be constantly going up. This was at 7:30 on a Sunday morning. The management and that bubbly lady definitely deserve praise! Standards are obviously high.

Same as any other mcdonalds but crowded between 7:45am to 8:30am and 3:00 to 3:20

We waited like 10 mins for a minimal order. They served a cheese burger with no cheese which had to be returned. I won't be visiting again and should've chosen somewhere else to get to quick bite to eat. Pret was closed otherwise we would've gone there. The 1 star is awarded because there was seating available. No one was on hand to clean or sanitise the table though.

One of the worse McDonald's I have ever been to. The quarter pounder with cheese was very very dry, the fries tasted like there were old. I tried to force myself to eat as I was very hungry but I ended up throwing my meal away.
