Google says it's less busy than usual🤯 I'd hate to know how long a wait for food on a busy day would be.Burger was slapped together and the chips were raw.Don't bother

·

2022 and we are still going backwards and using PAPER straws that are not strong enough to last 30 seconds in a milkshake. I don't care what material you use, just find something fit for purpose. Amazing what one viral video of an unlucky turtle can do.

I was waiting ages for my food and I could see the lady holding my stuff but instead of giving it to me she was chatting and taking her time even though there was like 15 other orders after me and she was the only one handing out orders and after taking all that time she still forgot my chips properly one of the worst Macdonald I've ever been to only gave it 2 stars because I love Macdonald lol

Your staff need to learn some manners and customer service skills on a Saturday, coming in and out of the kitchen watching a queue of people stood waiting to place an order at the counter and then giving attitude when they have to serve. Ridiculous behaviour.

In the area for work. Stopped by on a whim during a busy late night hour. Order was made quickly and perfectly, staff working was super friendly. It was busy when I came and they all seem to work well under pressure. Would recommend to friends.

Go here for breakfast when working nearby...One of the cleanest lobbies i've been to in mcdonalds. Food comes out pretty quick. Seating downstairs is old but adequate, would be 5 stars but some staff are a little rude at times.

Terrible service, seems you were in the middle of nowhere, lots of staff but very messy. My Grand Big Mac came out cold. I called the Manager (an Asian lady) to ask her how could be possible to serve a cold Big Mac in a Mc Donald's store especially in London-High Street Kensington, Saturday at 20:30...She tried to be cynical by saying "ohh, you should bring it back to us ..." In few moments later I knew that other people before me have had the same problem with the staff...This is Central London but wrong people could putted in the worst scenario ever because frustrated, uneducated 😞 ...or maybe paid by the "5 Guys" managers located just 50 metres away to bring more clients to them making people unhappy with Mc Donald's service and quality of food...Wrong people always creating problems...always...😵🤕 impossible to deal with them.

It wasn't very busy and there were plenty of staff around but the rubbish was piled high at the recycling counter. Also, all the hand sanitizers were empty. Very poor.

Been coming here for years for the usual McD things but have been coming much earlier recently and gone for the Pancakes, which I have to say reminds me of trips to the States many years ago. They do the job but they need to keep an eye on the presentation of the pancakes as occasionally one will get through which is almost impossible to cut with the cutlery supplied BUT it won't put me off coming cos those pancakes just take me back to a time long ago... And a big thank you to Theo part of the team there who never fails to put a smile on my face, thanks mate 👍

Not fast more like slow food. And the amount of time it took to make an order you'd expect it at least to be fresh and hot , not the case disappointing af. See you never again .
