McDonald's - King's Road in Kensington and Chelsea

Excellent. Speedy service, friendly staff all round and delicious hot food. Especially enjoyed the McFlurry dessert.

Worst customer service.Ordering through the app and had a location problem which says contact staff which i did.Called the Manager and before even checking sth. Telling me it's not working.Lack of motivation or bad day?I left hungry though they did not have any solution and claiming a refund.Wanted to give them another try after last time the fries where heavily oversalted and soggy.

One of their best branches in London. It’s crowded most of the time cus it Opens till very late at night . Staff are friendly and nice.

Disgusting the employees did not treat me nicely and threw the sauce towards the customers the employees and SO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL they have no manners what so ever.If I could rate this place one star I would.

Nice little Maccies on the King's Road. Pretty quiet when we visited today so plenty of seating available, especially downstairs where we went. Food was nice - tried the new McPlant and even though we're not vegans it made a nice change.

Busy - lots of trades people getting their grub but not too long to wait and some seating available. Toilets were very spotlessly clean.

Rolling Stones fans, remember the lyrics from "you can't always get what you want"? Well THIS building USED to be the Chelsea Drugstore... of the to "get my fair share of abuse..."

The food was fine, but the place was an absolute mess. Used packaging all over the tables, and the bin was overflowing. This was on Tuesday 26 October at 6pm, so hardly packed. A milkshake had been spilled over one table, but no one cleaned it up. Considering only upstairs is open due to an issue with the drains, they need all the tables they have. I was beyond disappointed.

They didn't have toys for the happy meals which is "fine". The problem is they didn't say anything and when I asked about the toys they tried to trick me saying the crayons were the actual toys. After I complained, they told me to return next Monday for the toys...I fully understand they run out of toys but they should let me know on advance, not tried to trick me and offer a compensation like I don't know... One extra nugget?

First-rate ambience and super affable service. The menu was fresh and delightful. Will absolutely recommend this spot to anyone. Fair rates and large portions. Great work.
