Good customer service. Though the chicken could've been cooked longer the rice and corn were absolutely delicious.

Place was really small your on top of each other, manager was rude and not very good with customers. The front waiting area is so tiny if you have a push chair or are in a wheel chair this nandos would be very difficult for you.Worst Coke zero I have ever had so flat and tasted really weird.

Tasteless food...Nando's in 3 different African countries tastes much better! Bland! Tried also the Hammersmith location...same result...maybe it's the local pallette? Too casual and staff don't pay enough attention to guests.

Very small nandos with not a lot of space to move at all, extremely crowded and narrow, the food was ok however, service was terrible, staff are rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming. Won’t return

The last time I was in Nandos, about a decade ago, it wasn't great. Meeting up with an ex we decided to get a takeaway, a little walk down memory lane. The young girl who served us was very polite and cheerful, the food was ready in an appropriate amount of time. We weren't really expecting much it was an easy option but I have got to say, and the ex agreed, it was all delicious. Chicken, 2 different chips, chargrilled sweet corn, pitta breads, I struggled to finish but managed to fit in a brownie. I won't leave it another 10 years before going again.

So disappointed to see that the team was sending clients away 20 minutes before the closing time..I stopped by a few weeks ago as I was returning from a long trip, and wanted something nice and fast delivered.I was shocked to see how bad the service was.I literally had to take the plate myself which would be OK if the business is a fast food model but Nandos is not. Unfortunately food was also massively disappointing. I think they pre boil the chicken and the result is really not good.I understand that your staff might be tired but the business loses money if you allow them to manage the site the way they did when I was there. I think Nandos should review their business model, and perhaps consider a sort of fast food operation without service.

The food is very good but the service is not that good. I needed to literally ask them each and everything. I called the staff like many times and they responded me almost like 01 out 05 times. Not happy at the end with service.

The first night we came here was pretty busy, but they closed off the back so not as busy as it can get. The food took a while and my boyfriend's food took over 30 minutes. I was looking for an employee to ask when I saw it was just sitting waiting to be taken to us. We didn't grab it in case it wasn't ours so he found an employee and she checked and gave it to him. By the time he was eating the food was getting cold. That was definitely 2/5. We came here a second time for something quick before our flight, right when it opened and there were only a few people in there. The staff was way more attentive and helpful the food came out so much quicker and was so good!

Offers great dishes great portions of food. Their collection of sauces are the best, this restaurant in particular is a nice place always full of people, nice cozy environment with nice seating. Friendly staff and good service.
