Really bad customer service, no attention to food allergy, when I told the manager that i have egg allergy after few seconds she told her colleague, perfect, now we also have this issue in such a busy night. Taking care of your customer and their health, shouldn't be an issue. Unbelievable.

I arrived and placed my order at 6.54.By 7.21, nothing had arrived. When I spoke to one of the staff he said they were busy and waiting this long is normal. I said I only ordered a burger with two basic sides! I told him I didn't want it anymore.A few minutes later member of staff came along with the food. I took one bite into the potato mash and to my disappointment it was FROZEN under the top layer. The staff member saw this as it happened and I spat it out into a tissue. I folded the tissue and felt it from the outside and it was freezing!I requested a refund and told the manager to feel the tissue.. The manager came and gave me money in cash (I'd paid by card, online). She apologized.This was an appalling experience. Absolutely dreadful. I can't believe it. No contrition, no compensation, nothing! Awful customer service.Disgusting.

There is a reason why a lot of locals recommended nandos it's a great place to eat this location was great the works seemed a little stress but still provided good service. I recommend getting the medium sauce paired with whatever choice of chicken you decide to go for.

So first off- Nando’s chicken is bomb and as an American I am angry we don’t have it. This location has super friendly staff and great service and atmosphere. I recommend

Food is good service is meh, lots of service staff but not quite sure why as they don't really do anything, nobody checked that everything was okay, nobody asked why I hadn't eaten my corn (Blasted thing fell on the floor when I was trying to put the wooden pegs into the ends, corn was hard as a rock). Could have given more chips too, pretty sure you get a better portion at Westfield. To be honest everything is better at Nando's Westfield.
