The staff, service and afternoon tea were lovely. But the room was very soulless and without any atmosphere. The rest of the hotel is pure luxury and it's a pleasure to walk around. But this room has bad lighting and terrible taste decoration. Don't let that stop you have afternoon tea here. As I said staff and food are really attentive.
