Phat Phuc Noodle Bar in Kensington and Chelsea

Lovely street food noodle bar I’ve found yet!Popped by today after reading other good reviews on it and it met my expectations.It’s an outdoor Restuarant with seating under cover with heaters. You order first then sit and wait. Everything I ordered came within 5 minutes and was very tasty!It most certainly fixed my hunger without a long wait time. Definitely will be back soon.

Upstairs main restaurant. Have only tried their Sunday roast but I can say that it was excellent. Both the beef and the pork were enormous and good value for the quality. Will definitely be back. The roasties have a good texture but are slightly salty. Staff was friendly and room is nicely decorated and spacious.

Comfort food through and through!Perfect place to dine after a hard days work. The ambiance is great, you get a sense of a street noodle shop but tucked away in the city. The food is amazing! And the Laksa is to die for. I couldn’t get enough of. The warmth and the aroma brings me straight back home.

I had a delicious bowl of vegetable laksa noodles here today. A huge portion for £9. I would highly recommend and I’ll be back soon

It can't get any more authentic and delicious than Phat Phuc's. Tucked away in Chelsea you wouldn't expect to find a noodle bar here serving genuine Pho & Laksa among many other classics. For £9 a bowl and £5 for two steamed custard buns this is the best lunch to be had around this part of town. Plus you get to travel to Asia!

TLDR: bland broth, tiny portions, uninspiring Laksa, I will not return.1. Laksa - 0/5As a Singaporean, I was bewildered after trying what they called "Singapore" Laksa. The broth was bland, tasting neither of coconut nor of spices, both of which are absolutely crucial for a robust and flavourful laksa broth. The missing coconuttyness was especially jarring because that is such a significant element in Laksa. The noodles used were also incorrect, with the store opting for typical Vietnamese noodles, rather than the thick vermicelli + yellow noodles used in Singapore Laksa.2. Duck and Beef Pho - 2/5The meats were ok, with both duck and beef tender and flavourful. However, the broth was, like the laksa, almost tasteless. The only flavours that came through were the meats and fresh basil; the broth was like mildly-flavoured water.3. Portion size - 1/5Whats worse than bland broth? It's tiny portion sizes. For the £10 per dish paid, I felt like I had eaten only a single croissant off the sainsbury pastry shelf. We ordered 3 bowls for 2 adults and 2 young children, which would ordinarily be more than enough in any other Asian restaurant in London. But the 3 bowls were hardly enough to fill my us and my 2 kids asked for more food.Ultimately, the whole meal was terrible in terms of taste, and in terms of value for money. I was so hungry that I went to buy a Tesco meal deal immediately after. I will not return.

On your first visit don’t be discouraged by the long queue and the hole in the wall vibe of the place, the food is great!We had the dimsum platter, duck pancakes and the Vietnamese rolls . The duck pancakes don’t look like much but are amazing !As for the main I always go for the laksa with prawns ! It might be one of the best that I tried in london. Spicy enough to warm you up and keep you going in the afternoonIf you are around definitely join the queue for a great meal.

I am deeply convinced that I found the BEST asian noodle bar in London. The Laksa (with prawn) here is nothing but amazing, the level of seasoning is incredible. Strong, rich and has density. I prefer the thinner noodles, if you got an option, go for the thinner ones.I am not a big fan of phuc, cause I prefer something really rich. If you want to taste something fresh, order this. It is authentic in my opinion. Lastly, I was surprised that everything I tried here actually taste so great, I got a stir fry noodle and wanton soup ( this is not big) and I am so impressed with them both, especially the wantons. I never expected that I can taste something like this in London, which exactly depicts the taste of Umami.The staff are all really friendly and nice, the store owner came from Guangdong or somewhere.The entrance is down to a stair, they have places to seat (clean and tidy), heating systems are also in place but it can not accumulate too many people. I have been here twice, their dishes taste exactly the same. Go for a try, super recommend.

Lovely place!!! Cosy balcony in the middle of Chelsey high street with comfort and delicious Asian food!I was on Monday afternoon and it was still busy and nice.I took the prawns Laksa and Dim Sum.Highly recommended!!!!

Great place, delicious simple dishes done well. Well priced and full of flavor. Definitely coming back whenever I get the chance! A lovely hidden treat just of the Kings Road.
