Meant to open at 6am, instead customers left standing outside again until 6:14am. Finally get in with no apology for late opening. Yet again your store is dirty & toilets closed again.

·

The staff are a bit slow but they are kind and helpful.Toilets are not clean which is disappointingTables also need more frequent cleaningThis branch is spacious and it is located very close to landmarks so it should be special not normal

There arent any defined rows in this place. Ordering is a mess and when they shout latte there are 3 or 4 people confused not knowing if its theirs or not.It would help if they just stack 5 or more automatic machines to free up the lines for people who want a sandwish or something else and who wants just a coffe can go straight to the machine. Just saying

You never can sit outside at lunch time because always has students who buy food from elsewhere and eat at Prett tables without getting anything from Prett and Prett customers have nowhere to sit at the outside tables

I have to agree with the negative reviews. This is a shocking branch of Pret. Reasons:1. Service is an absolute shambles. Staff haven't got a clue. No organisation whatsoever. They have no idea what is going on.2. Made a couple of complaints about the sandwiches all I received were standard responses. (Todays bacon & egg was laughable - a single 5-7 cm piece of bacon!!!)And an update to this - still to this day, not enough staff working early mornings and other staff clearly think they are far too important to serve people and just wander around behind the counter. Well done Pret.

Really gone down hill recently. Slowest and most chaotic service of any coffee chain. You won’t get your drink without asking again. All the tables are covered in filth.

This is the worst branch. I visited it today there is a lady standing by the door she tells everyone that they cannot sell anything because they have new things inside and cashiers are closed !! I told her I just want chips she refused !!I never seen a shop closing during opening hours for loading !!!!!! Or arranging!!!!!This is really inconsiderate....

Disappointed that there was no hot food ( no information in shelf) after specifically locating the business. Staff said they had electrical problems. Facilities weren't clean either. Overall a poor show.

Pret A Manager has a nice selection of fast food and takeaway which is nicely prepared and often fresh and delicious. We have bought our lunch here several times and brought it to the green. I would like to recommend the fresh salads.

Just across the street from South Kensington tube, this branch is very popular with commuters and museum visitors.Wait times for service vary, but almost certainly there will be a queue.Staff are friendly and cheerful. The store is all on one floor. It's fully accessible, although the doors aren't automatic. There's a large amount of tables and counters to sit at, including regular tables and chairs which can accommodate wheelchair users. There's also high tables with stools, with either four or eight places. Some outside seating is on the pavement if you're either a smoker, or like breathing traffic fumes.A wheelchair accessible toilet is available in the far corner of the store.
