Prezzo - Kensington in Kensington and Chelsea

Excellent food. The waiter was really friendly and welcoming. Small cosy restaurant. Toilets could do with updating.

Nice, small place, 15-17 tables. It was quite noisy with some families with smaller children that was very loud. Nice atmosphere, light interior, friendly staff and nice pizza.

Great that they cater so well for those who require gluten free, which we did. Note that the kitchen closes earlier than the last time the online system will let you book a table for. Service was good and quick and I'm looking forward to the leftovers of mine tomorrow.

Really I recommend this place, nice location amazing customer service and lovely staff members Burrata Salad😍🇮🇹🥗😍👌 Nice, after Gym class 🥗✌️💯 THE BEST, healthy and tasty 💯

As per usual another visit and another great experience.

I love a good prezzo. This is a good restaurant and you walk in from the street at ground level (toilets on lower floor). It was busy so I would recommend a reservation like we did. Lovely selection of Italian dishes. A starter and main averages out at around £25.

I think we ve got food poising me and my son. Next day after hospital, I call them to inform about it and it was another lady who came back from her vacation. When I ve explain to her , and she apologised on behalf of others, I told her to watch out immediately their food quality.Since we hang up the call, neither Manager or Owner called me back to talk to me and to search it deeper.Well done!!! Nice Customer treatment and especially after Food Poisoning!!!!

Staff were over attentive. The food was average and we were overcharged. Ambience not great despite this being a cosy little restaurant in a lovely part of the world.

Booked a table and arrived earlier than planned and the staff were accomodating. Food was as expected, standard kids menu however mine could have been warmer, you know it could have maybe had a few more minutes in the oven when the grated cheese in the Clazone was still as it was when it went in the over and not melted. However the staff warmed it up and it came back as it should have been at the start, piping hot and melted cheese.Very friendly and attentive staff who were accomodating, just slightly let down by the warmth of the food initially.

Nice little restaurant, staff very pleasant and food was really nice. Only negative was the fact the toilets are down stairs and you actually have to walk past the kitchen ect to get to them, rather odd set up in that regard
