Red Planet Pizza in Kensington and Chelsea

Beautiful pizza, I asked for a deal with Super chicken,onion,green peppers,sweetcorn. Chicken wings, garlic bread and 1.75l bottle of Pepsi. The guy who took my order was really helpful and offered me a better deal than what was offered online. The food was 🔥, very 😊 delivery guy super polite and friendly....We would like you to cook our chicken wings 5minutes longer for jerk taste 😋 but my husband thinks beautiful 😍. Lovely enjoyable meal, Thanks 😊 All for £19.95, 😊

Just had a medium size pizza with cheese and mushrooms. Not bad. But not for £11.00Same size at domino’s for half of this price…£There’s not even a place to sit and eat(consider that too), pricing that amount for take away I think is bit more that I expected. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This pizza was incredible, I was stressing for an hour over the best place to order a decent kebab pizza with stuffed crust (not everyone’s taste) but I finally found the right place. I also made a mistake on my order, phoned up and the person who answered gave great customer service and altered my order for me. On top of that, delivery was very quick. Definitely reordering again when I’m working back in London.

Excellent 👌 my pizza arrived late and cold and they where very sympathetic and immediately sent me another which was very nice of them. Love their 🍕 highly recommend.😁

The prices in store were totally different from the prices on their website and I ended up paying an extra £7 as a result!I felt very disappointed and as if I was being taken for a ride.The pizzas were really dry and tasteless and rather than having herb-roasted Yukon gold potatoes, I got pieces of dry, old French fries. In fact, the pizzas were so bad we could not finish them.To conclude, this is not a good or professional service

Had a chicken and sweetcorn pizza. There was barely any cheese or chicken. Believe me it was just foul. Absolutely foul. The wings were dry chewey my goodness.

Will always reorder from Red Planet. Excellent customer service, pizza arrives piping hot melted cheese. Crispy and tasty curly fries. All instructions ways followed.Many thanks! Highly recommended.

Disgusting behaviour from their staff. Ive been left on hold, and had the phone cut - waiting longer than usual - however tonight topped it. I called with my mum and they argued with her on the phone. The driver also got lost. Absolutely disgraceful. Nothing was given pour gratuit. Not even an apology. And they expected me to buy the food after being traeated horrifically. Never buy from.this branch. They are useless, rude and ungrateful for your custom - so give your money to someone else.

I am so surprised to see the low review, they are so friendly and so professional. I love their pizza my son has pizza every Friday and they never let me down. Pizza is always fresh and very tasty, place is very clean and hygienic. I used to order for delivery before and never had problems with order too, currently every Friday I go pick up pizza after picking up me son and its a treasure to see their friendly smiles! I say way to go red planet pizza and yeah am coming to get my son weekly dose tonight 😊Thank you for your tasty pizza and professionalism💓
