The decor. Oh my lord. Amazing. It's like a big posh garden. The garden of a king. I felt like Prince Charming in there. And the staff really take good care of you. The food wasn't amazing but then again I only had a burger as I was there for my lunch break. I'm so posh. I say.

First time visiting. My wife and I had the high tea set menu here in the afternoon. Price was about £30pp. It came with a tower of assorted goodies; the food was lovely, the tea was very nice and the decor was especially interesting/well put together. Service was great too.Recommended for anyone trying a high tea event in London! Would return for sure.

New menu today at Ivy. A bit disappointed as i wanted to have the prawn coconut curry. Food was great as usual but my goodness!! The service was EXTREMELY SLOW at lunch time. The staff are amazing, super helpful and kind. Didn’t know The had some halal chicken dish too. Well i had a good time.

Wow! What an amazing dining experience at The Ivy Chelsea Garden. From the minute we stepped through the door, we were surprised with just how stunning this restaurant is. The decor and the interior is just divine. The food was exceptional value for money with three courses being £35 each. I am a vegetarian and found there to be lots of options for me. The desserts were particularly out of this world and we loved how they were presented. We also had a variety of delicious cocktails, all of which were lovely. The serving staff asked if we were celebrating any special occasion and went out of their way to make the evening extra special for my birthday. They brought over a dessert and sang happy birthday. We can't remember our servers name however he was from Hungary and he was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge of the drinks and food menu was amazing and he was so professional. We will definitely return to The Ivy. It was by far one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Thank you to all the staff for making us so welcome and for the outstanding customer service.

Sadly it was quite disappointing. I understand it being busy due to its popularity but it was far too over crowded and I could not hear the person opposite me. The service was not great and felt very rushed by the server making our experience rather uncomfortable. The food was okay but we ordered the apple tart fine which they flambé infront of you. Although beaitfully presented it was inedible and tasted like pure chemicals. We left feeling rather sad with the bill and regretful of our choice of restaraunt due to the dreadful ambience, bad service and overly priced food for what was given. I would not recommend coming here.

Food was incredibly mediocre and overpriced for what it is. I felt like everything was lacking in flavour and just tasted boring. The burrata was nothing special , squid was incredibly dull, even with the sauce . The only good thing was the scallop starter which I wish they did as a main . Just a typical restaurant that has nice decor and decides to charge loads of money for mediocre food. Not good but not bad .

An enjoyable experience for us and a first-time visit here also. As we entered, it was very welcoming, and the staff were friendly, directed us straight to the table, which was at the back in the garden area, fully heated and in the corner; as you walk past the bar, the elegance stands out straight away. The space, quality and interior design are excellent and full of character. We came here for a birthday, and what a great way to spend it. On the menu, they also offered some specials, a nice selection of drinks, and plenty of options for all tastes and requirements, table service staff were also charming and were good to interact with.Anyone who hasn't been must give it a go!Solid A*****LDT x

Incredible as always! Have been here a number of times and always love coming back. Gorgeous setting, wonderful food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to visit again!

Had such a good time here for an end of year celebration. Really great service and amazing setting. The restaurant can be busy so booking in advance is recommended. The portion size of the fish and chips was great, however some of my friends meals were smaller than they expected. Worth a visit.

One of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had! Everything was perfect. The beautiful pink roses outside and ambient interior. I ordered Eggs Royale and Hot Buttermilk Pancakes. Staff were so friendly and professional.
