Iconic Italian restaurant on Fulham roadThe restaurant teleports you back to a small village in Italy where the food , wine, and staff are great!If you spot Riccardos red tent make sure you stop there for a nice lunch or dinner you won’t regret it !I would recommend the vongole linguini or their ravioli.

I am Tuscan and based in Chelsea. This place is a shame in terms of taste and quality. They also claim to propose a "taste of Tuscany", whilst I think that Tuscany should sue them for violation of a brand of real quality. Please avoid this place and their alleged "Ribollita" or other misspelled dishes.

Not shown to a table, and not greeted with a smile as they claim to do so on their website. After a while had to ask for service. The so called tapas portions so ridiculously small that our party of four looked at each other in disbelief! After my starter arrived I had to ask for bread (a first in an Italian restaurant) to accompany my 'Carciofi Grigliati con prosciutto' and when after 10 minutes it did not arriveI I had to go to the counter and ask for it a second time as I could not attract the attention of any member of staff. The bread finally arrived and was burnt to a cinder on the bottom side (did not bother to send it back as I did not want to go through the same rigmarloe, ate the unburnt part). The most annoying thing however was the misinformation with a £28 bottle of Bio Pinot Grigio Mezzacorona. To me Bio means Biologico which translates to Organic. The bottle itself did not state whether or not it was in fact organic and when I quizzed 2 members of staff they were both clueless. Service terrible, lack lustre staff, food ok but not special and definitely not worth £227.24. Could get more or less the same at Franco Manca! Shame, as it used to be quite good. Next time I'll go to Lucio's opposite or one of the superior restaurants nearby in Hollywood road. Wish I had not paid £25 service charge. Don't believe anything you read on their website. I used to be a regular customer of Riccardo's father's (now defunct) restaurant 'Pontevecchio' and Riccardo's is no match!

This place looked nice, started when we came in, not shown to a table, but it was pointed out to us. Fine, we sat down, and after some considerable time, had to ask for some service. We ordered the tapas portions, including the ‘meatball’! Only one for £10! The rest of the food was tasty. Asked for some bread for the meatball sauce, was told had run out - but later, a nearby table received a basket of bread! To add insult, they added it to the bill. The food was nice but the service terrible. Such a shame, can’t recommend it.

Omm Nomm... Tasty (Tuscan) Italian Foodings! (Sorry Veggies), but the Venison Ragu (Pappardelle con Ragu Di Cervo) - or as the (lovely) waiter said when confirming the meat - "It comes with Father Christmas!" :o) Seriously though, when we go to the "Big Smoke" we do like a cheeky meal here - London Prices for sure - but we all need to treat ourselves now and again don't we? And if you like Pasta / Italian Food, this is surely a good place to do it. Molto delizioso e gustoso! Ciao!

Riccardos has excellent dishes in a very nice environment and location. A place to be back for sure!

Lovely home made food in a comfortable and attractive setting. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Cant recommend highly enough, will definitely return.

A classic spot for comfort food, simple and delicious. Service is friendly but highly unorganised. Price tag is ok, a bit pricey on the drinks considering quality. A pint of Moretti is 8.5 plus usual 12.5% which is expensive even for premium imported beer. Wine is poorly selected which is a shame for such a place. In a table of eight 4 ppl had venison ragu pappardelle, nice dish although not very fulfilling. A starter per person and a main is needed for a good dinner.

Almost a Fulham Road institution, at times Riccardo's can flatter to deceive.Walking through the restaurant to our terrace table we were inspired by other people's dishes (the lamb chops looked especially good) and by the latest menu.One of our guests was impressed by the enormous rare tuna steak being consumed at the table next to ours and had already made his choice before looking at the menu.But it wasn't all as expected.Both our lamb chop dishes had very tiny chops which were disappointingly medium/well done instead of the pink we'd ordered (£20 for 3).My friend's tuna at a whopping £22 was half the size of the one next door and not that rare.The problem with tapas style dining is that costs can rise exponentially without you realising.Nice bread but portion control was very strict at £3.50.£6 for a small plate of broccoli was a bit cheeky.A warm bottle of alcohol free lager at £6 was enough to turn one to drink.The tiny Panna Cotta at £5 was not what you'd call a proper dessert.We had the feeling that coming late (an 8.15pm table- but we were probably one of the last to arrive- times have changed)meant that the best sized portions had already been cooked and shipped out.In the end £50 a head without alcohol was poor value.Ps Another black mark..nobody was doing any Covid check-ins

Fantastic experience. I was asked if I had any requests and said I'd like to cook up my own eggs and tomato sauce- and the team didn't skip a beat and welcomed me into the kitchen (after cleaning me thoroughly and making me compliant with all health codes). What a dream of an experience. I then had a herb salad, meet balls, and salmon, which were cooked by the professional staff, and it was of course far better than mine. This restaurant really gives you the 5 star, Michelin 3 star treatment by making your dream come true but all in a really relaxed environment. Highly recommend for business groups like mine.
