Starbucks in Kensington and Chelsea

Worst cappuccino I have had in London.Had the large cappuccino and I'm pretty sure they gave me a single shot as it's as week as mellow birds instant coffee and has a bitter after taste.Avoid this place as its dam right awful 😖Staff are rude and incompetent. Walked out leaving most of it to get a drink to get rid of the horrible aftertaste.All right disgusting.After looking through the window at them making coffee I noticed that they were using the same coffee to make 2-3 coffees instead of using virgin fresh coffee grounds for each coffee. Cutting corners to get a better GP.

Very cold cold air conditioning and doors open all day its colder inside than outside covid paranoid

The lady taking my order didn’t speak a word. I said hello how are you- no answer. She then went like this 🤷🏻‍♀️ to take my order then pointed at the card machine indicating me to pay. No hello, no thank you. Awful customer service.

Friendly staff, and professionally made specialty coffees. Very busy on the week ends.

Always nice visiting different Starbucks in other countries. Love the the toffee latte which I wish they would have in the US. Cheese sandwich was pretty good mustard tasted great when you heat it up. Not really a huge fan of Starbucks but I did enjoy no one in London.

Small shop but comfortable and clean. Staff are not always give the same level of good service but it depends about the busy. So usually they are brilliant.😊 The quallity of coffee always good and the product displayed nicely. Nothing bad what they could solve it.

Very poor impression..One staff in particular needs to learn some mannersWhen one elderly woman asked for cream on her drink - he aggressively told her that it was not free - which given the pitch and tone was uncomfortable to watch.The lady was unaware of this - they did not even propose her the additional cream when she placed her order.Not going to Starbucks Gloucester again

Nice place for quick coffee and chat. Plugs and comfortable seats everywhere. However, it is not big enough and it is super busy majority of the time. Five stars because of Sha & Mannah "baristas who work afternoon". Their customer service always make my experience better.
