Disgusting sushi place! Avoid this place! I got some take away sushi rolls last night and they put so many rolls in a very tiny box that all the rolls were sticking together and we just had to through out all of them! When I called them the guy from the shop who talked to me was so rude and he said this the way it is whether you like it or not!

They didn't send me one of the sushi sets I ordered and it was still in the receipt so I never got my money back. Please keep in mind they completely ignore messages sent by "Contact us" section on their website. Avoid this place if you don't want your money to be taken for nothing.

The food is usually good by the delivery time is NOT acceptable! I had to cancel my last order as 20 min after my delivery slot was over, my order had not yet been taken from the premises.

Sushi is lovely and customer service is great, cosy small seats to sit indoors or out.

Very mediocre sushi. Strange to get some with just rice and cream cheese as well as rice and patê. If you like such Westernised creations, this is for you. Rice also wasn't that fresh (semi hard). Not much better than supermarket sushi.

A friend and I love to travel around for good food at a reasonable price in London. We both love sushi but very often the prices turn to be a bit much however, this places had a review on Google that said it was "The Best Sushi In London".Now with a claim like that, we had to check it out... and boy, were we disappointed.I will start of by mentioning the staff were very nice and my rating does not reflect their service. The food however.... I was 100% sold on the menu and the pictures that was next to the food.. but the food.. Oh man, the food!I have attached the receipt so you can see what we ordered and how much we payed...Everything that was supposed to be "Severed hot' was actually cold. Not ice cold, but not even luke warm. Just cold. I normally don't do this but I'll mention some specific items.Beef Tataki (Sashimi) - Over priced. Tasteless meat and the asparagus tasted not fresh, as if it were cooked and left out?Beef Cheese Yakitori - Cold. Would have been nice if it was at least warmChicken Tsukune Yakitori - Cold. Tasted okay.Seared Beef Sushi - Same as the Tataki, tasteless meat.Yellowtail Ponzu - Actually really nice.Salmon Avocado chirashi - The Salmon, not only in this but the sushi set as well, did not taste fresh. Almost tasted like it was left out and not chilled or stored correctly and considering how much salmon was in the food we ordered.... The avocado seemed as it it were old as well.Overall, I was going to give this place a 2 star review but, this is what made me give it a 1 star. Part of the "Box for two" you get some cream cheese sushi. And one of them had a small hair on the underside of the sushi (pictured, though it maybe hard to see) and this was just... unbelievable. I will mention, we did not bring this to the attention of the server as at this point, we were done and just wanted to leave. Even if we got another set, the quality of the food would not change. We spent more than £130 for 2 people and though we were full, we were still unsatisfied with the quality of the food, which to me, when you are serving sushi should not be compromised in anyway.I would normally leave a review and return in a few months to see if there have been any improvements to a location but this time I think there was a cheaper sushi fast food store opposite the road I would rather visit.

UPDATE 2: We had to cancel our last order because the manager said they cannot accommodate removing sesame on an order despite having done so many times previously. It was very disappointing and the staff are mostly unaware of allergies. We are dropping our rating to 2 stars to reflect the dangers of not taking into allergies into account and ignoring our request. --- UPDATE 1: In our last order, the sushi was really fresh and amazing. We still had to call them for our sesame allergy and they made sure the sushi did not have sesame seeds around. From 4 to 5 stars now. --- This is a great place for Japanese sushi takeaway. It is of higher quality than most places we've tried as they make the sushi on order. Having said that, sometimes you can get pre-made stale sushi that has been waiting in the fridge around 5pm as orders slow down. I'm giving 4 stars because freshness is not guaranteed and handling of allergies are not available online. We have to call and tell them we are allergic to sesame and hope they prepare fresh sushi.

Sushi is amazing! Looked and tasted phenomenal. There is only one shared table with 8 stools if you want to eat in, but if the weather's nice, there's a 2-3 small tables outside too. I had the dragon and fire specialty rolls and both were delicious! I'd go back for sure.

The sushi here is some of the best, most affordable, freshest sushi in London. They have an extensive menu from which to choose for a decent price, despite the location suggesting otherwise. We ordered a large sharing box and a single role and could not finish it between 3 in one sitting. They are generous with portions.

I was a loyal client since their creation in Paris. I never have been disappointed but... recently the fish (High Kensington) is not well chopped and the fish is chewy. I got thick and solid nerves and skin in my order. I already spoke to one of team member about that but they don’t take care of their customers.Guys! We pay sushi for over £120 per month and we deserve a lot of attention.I was working for SushiShop in Paris when I was a young adult and I know how they care about chopping, preparations and choosing good ingredients. Now it’s worst! It’s my last time now.Adieu SushiShop!
