As a foodie and Thai food lover I had to say if there is -🎆 available I would give to them!Food is ateble. That's all I can say. I don't know if the food was expensive because my friend paid for it.Space is tight. The best part is front of the restaurant. The worse is the staff. They are very rude.Is half term so we have little kids with us, one is 6 and one is 4.Firstly, they said if we didn't made the booking we need to give table back in one hour, then we shouldn't have bubble tea with us (is very touristy area so people likely have some drinks whilst wondering about)The kids not allowed to have their own food, parents understands when the kids are young, they might not able to handle strong taste food. When we asked where is the toliet, the staff didn't even look us, just looking into empty space in front of him, waves his fingers to upstairs. When we leaving they didn't say anything even after we said thank you.I know the restaurant will always get business because of the fantastic location, however if anyone looking to have some research done first, please don't eat here.

Absolute terrible service and have seen another review on this. There are two waiters. One man was serving food and waiting and he was extremely rude. He got frustrated when an extra family member joined and we wanted a 5 seat table, sighed loudly and said ‘ just wait outside’. Not a friendly thing to say to a customer. We had a birthday cake that we took out for my brother and he said loudly with a rude tone that we cannot eat products from another place in this restaurant. This is understandable but to say it in a rude tone for other customers to look at us is rude and i will not be going here again, not to mention that most restaurants allow this.

The food was fine not the best Pad Thai in town though. The place is small and the tables are very close to each other which didn't make me feel comfortable especially with covid around. The staff were fine but not very friendly. I wouldn't go there very often. With the high competition in London, I think I would choose another Thai restaurant next time.

The food was nice and priced average to London. I had a pad Thai and it was too sweet for me. My partner had a steak of sorts and it was far more delisious. The staff were nice to let us in 1 hour till closure. Though it was weird that they seem stressed about it and told us that we will have to go at 10 even if we haven't finished. I never had that before in other restaurants, so I think maybe they should implement a rule about no orders 30 min before closure. Or at the very least change their opening times.

Incredibly overpriced.I got the vegetable satay starter, a green curry and a Coke and that came to over £30. Being from Australia knowing that I just spent $60 on something so simple I can easily say I won’t be dining here again. My friend was planning on treating me to lunch but once he saw that it was over £60 for just the two of us he couldn’t justify the price! Sorry but it is beyond me that one simple meal just cost me about three hours of work. The food was good but nothing spectacular. The vegetable satay was as simple as it sounds - vegetables on a skewer with some sauce. The green curry didn’t taste very authentic and it wasn’t a generous size or anything. Not sure why a small bowl of rice costs £7? If this was a fine dining experience or it was a bit fancier I could understand that price, but not for something like this. The service itself backs me up on this because the person working there kept leaving for long periods of time… (btw high service charge included)

Service was nice to us, but watching how they treated others walking in without a booking was rude, including yelling out the door. Food was very average, however edible.. I’d say it was the most flavourless Thai I’ve had. I wouldn’t go back, and wouldn’t recommend it.

Shocking experience here at Thai Square. We went here after ice skating as a group of 11 people. We were one of the last customers and from entering the building we felt rushed to order, eat and get out. Issues really got obvious when we received our food. One would expect that if we order together we would receive our food together or at least within timely fashion so we can eat together. Instead only some food got served and the others were waiting, which meant only half of us had our food. very bizarrely some of us got our rice but no curry. Then when the curry arrived at least 15 minutes after the rice was served, it was no surprise our rice had gone cold. We asked for a new fresh one instead they just reheated it in a microwave, changing the texture of the dish. Food should be served together not staggered and at least try and serve dishes complete to individuals rather than giving only part of a meal to each customer. Makes no sense. When it came to paying, the situation got worse. We were told the bill and we paid our own amounts. The remaining amount was the service charge. We made it clear that, whilst we have no problem of paying service charge we would not pay for a service that was underwhelming. It defeats the purpose of good service. It’s optional for a reason and the manager was making out like it was not. After we made this clear the tone immediately got worse and we’re ordered very rudely and adamantly to leave the restaurant. “Okay, leave now” was what we was told. We were rushed out with orders of “get out”. Awful service and we will never go there again.

Lovely food and polite staff, enjoyed and would recommend. Mixed starters with Drunken Noodles (Spicy!) 👍🏻

Excellent food and extra relaxed ambiance. Our table shared the salt and pepper squid and I got the drunken duck. It was nice because they provided the ability to plate your food how you like it and I always find that to be fun. The squid was on point, and the drunken duck was wonderfully spiced making today's experience one of the best!

I was truly disappointed. After visiting the restaurant at two other locations in the past, I didn't think it would be like this. My wife asked for the Vegetarian Pad Thai and the supposed tofu was badly cooked and spicier than it should be. My chicken Pad Thai was just okay. Besides that, we had to pay our bill upfront, which was unpleasant. I don't know if lockdown did this to the business but I sadly have to say I am not coming back.
