The food sounds nice on the menu, but there's always something off... The steak is too tough, the fried calamari soggy, the salad too vinegary. The service is also super slow, because they're busy. Wasn't the best experience we had, but hope it's better next time.

Really nice pub, popped in for Sunday lunch, the barstaff were really helpful and managed to find us a table. I recommend booking advance as it get busy. Not surprising as the food was gorgeous. Just off the Kings Road

The sea bass was over cooked and veg so Al dente they're practically raw. ShameBurger was decent enough.Cosy atmosphere. Tables too close together for any sense of social distancing from others in covid.Wouldn't rush back in a hurry

Husband and I recommended this pub to friends for an evening dinner based on a visit during quieter times when we had a delicious bowl of soup and a well-mixed Bloody Mary. Tonight was less successful for our foursome. White wine was hardly chilled despite for request for “very cold” wine. Waiter brought ice and suggested we use ice! Asked what meat pies were on offer, kitchen response through waiter was “meat pie”. Had to insist on type of meat. Two on-menu items (chicken and schnitzel) were off menu but not noted up front. Fish dishes and chips not served hot, meat pie was charred and hard as a rock. Mention of the charred meat pie was ignored by the waiter. We don’t easily complain but we’ll not be rushing back for mediocre food and treatment. Too many better options on offer.

Really nice spot, makes for a perfect Sunday roast, or just a jolly pub lunch on any other day of the week.Charming setting with comfortable chairs, and interesting artwork throughout (the alternative Mona Lisa at the entrance was particularly eye catching).Food-wise, I had the vegan burger with the sweet potato fries. The fries were really good (but nothing out of the ordinary). The burger itself was ok, nothing mind blowing, and a bit dry. I might suspect that vegan burgers are not really this pub’s specialty…The dessert however was delicious, we ordered the sticky toffee pudding, like the respectable Londoners that we are, and it was excellent: the caramel ice cream combined perfectly with the warm and moist cake, dripping with the classically decadent toffee sauce. The honeycomb pieces added a delightful touch. I’ve had many STPs since I came to London 5 years ago, but this was was particular good.

Great pub in a Chelsea backstreet. Lovely ambience and great-tasting food. Thank you for a great night out!

Vey pleasant off the "main road" dining. We only had a light lunch and coffee Service was good, the table we had was a bit wobbly, but we fixed it ourselves. Well worth a visit. I look forward to returning for a longer stay
