I had the best Shepherds pie ever here. Stopped off for a quick lunch and a sit down. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by the food. The service itself leaves something to be desired and the pub was pretty empty, but it was a weekday lunchtime so I should imagine it gets busy at other times.

Dropped in after Portobello road shopping. Very busy and loud - long waiting time for our food (16:30) but it was worth it. Best fish and chips , very good Burger. Would stop there again..

It's a cosy and lovely place for drinks- however, we had some food and it was awful, we waited for more than half an hour to have a couple of sides and the quality of the food was just not right. We had to chase the waiters to get the cutlery, the napkins , the drinks that were missing ....One of the waiters brought us one spoon, even though we were 3 people and and left us a dirty glass from another table....it just felt slightly unreal

Would you expect to have apple sauce to be served with your Sunday Roast pork lunch? I would. Apparently they just don’t have any?!..and not willing to pop across the road to purchase a jar from the local supermarket so I can have the best experience possible here.

Only stopped for a few drinks. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Big pub with plenty of tables. Will be back for sure!

Really cosy place. Upstairs you have a great view at Portobello Market. The wait for the food wasa bit long and we had to ask for our food. But the food quality was really nice. The menue was really 'appetising ' :)

Amazing! Very nice pub with a super cute atmosphere. I sat in Finch’s dining room and the waitress was so friendly and attentive even though it was busy. My sister and I shared the chicken sandwich and the salt beef sandwich and both were amazing. She said her cider was really good too. Highly recommend.
