Absolutely perfect...freshness and quality is 10 out of 10

Just went in to get a bottle of wine and some cheese and the male staff working treated me like I was the biggest annoyance that had ever happened to him when I asked him if they were still open. After an already rude interaction I was waiting for the receipt, when I looked up at him, he was looking at me with a face of incredible hatred that I was still there. I asked him if the transaction had gone through to which he rudely replied “yes”. Didn’t even offer the receipt. Not worth the money.

Good quality food options and very clean shop. Like their bakery and sandwiches.

·

Great food and most staff very friendly however one male staff member is recurringly rude, unsmiling and certainly not put the customer first (seems unhappy to be there)... I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but this happened a few times now.

Great healthy selections, but I wish the price were cheaper.

Be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Never take a picture even if there is no a photo ban sign. You may ruin your mood for a whole day after hearing aggressive words and actions from the staff who has a bald headI don't know whether the food really won at the award, but their manners were so rubbish.I don't want to go again but they seem to be very angry inside because It's hard to make a living. so if you want to help them, please go and help :)

Had a lovely coffee yesterday, was amazing. I didn't eat anything but the smell of the food was amazing, everthing looks nice and fresh. Will definitely come again for another coffee.

Nice enough interior, with some decent (but expensive) products, such as panettone for the festive season etc. What really lets this place down is the staff - rude Italians (I am an Italian and I can understand when they're mocking my baby for not smiling at them). The sheer idiocy of this baffled me. Also, the coffee was atrocious, the milk was nuclear hot and when it finally cooled the actual coffee wasn't even drinkable...I chucked it and bought a coffee elsewhere.

Would have been nice to have cream cheese on the salmon bagel rather than the tiny essence of cream cheese provided.

·

Really nice place with a good selection and a bite for the go!
