The Hollywood Arms in Kensington and Chelsea

Had a dinner booking here and called in advance to check if they could accommodate one of the guests who is vegan and gluten-free. They said they had two dishes that were both vegan and gluten-free that were safe to order. However I asked them to double check with the chef because it didn’t sound right from the description of the dishes on the menu. Turned out that both dishes were made with gluten and had I not asked them to double check they would have served it to someone with an allergy. They then said they could not make any adjustments to any dish to make it gluten-free so we were told to cancel our reservation. Apparently it’s extremely difficult to use a GF gnocchi or veggie patty instead of the normal ones and they wouldn’t even offer to make a salad.

One of my all time fav London pubs. Been going here since 2014 . Their Lounge in the first floor its so charming. The bar downstairs is lovely and buzzing . Food is nice also.

Beautiful decor and ambience. We had hired the big hall upstairs with adjacent bar, for our private party and were extremely pleased with the service. The food was excellent! Served in platters of non-veg, veg and vegan, all items were delicious. The seating outside was also excellent. There was a coat rack outside which helped and the toilets were clean and well maintained. The hall itself was very spacious to accommodate all of us.

I fell in love with this quintessential British pub with a real fireplace, chandeliers and mirrors. The traditional furniture and wallpapers accentuate the ambience. The food was absolutely fantastic!!Loved the vegetarian tapas platter!Service is very efficient and the toilets are very clean. We had hired the upstairs for our party and it was well managed and spacious.

Cozy luxurious pub. Everything was really clean and COVID-19 safety measures were being followed to the letter which is stunning these days. The drinks were good, the food delicious and the service was of outstanding. Strongly recommend!

Excellent setting and decoration all over the interior. Very homely. Food was great, everything you'd expect from a pub. Our waiter was Claudio and he made the whole experience that little bit better. Never seen a man more happy with his job.

amazingly good food served here. The steak is amazing! wine and drinks are great too. don't miss this place when around

The best pub in the area. I go there often and I am never disappointed. Claudio is very welcoming and deserves 10 stars… Thank you for the service and amazing food ♥️

We had our engagement party in the private room. Our friends (who organised it) could not speak more highly of Lewis, the events coordinator. The day went off without a hitch and everyone was so lovely! The room itself is beautiful. The food was also nice but would recommend eating a la carte if you want to experience what they have to offer.

Had a lovely evening at the Hollywood Arms! Food was delicious, compliments to chef Robert and his team. Service by Claudio was excellent, very welcoming and attentive. Cozy pub, nice candle lit atmosphere. Will definitely come back!
