The Little Yellow Door in Kensington and Chelsea

A massive thank you to The Little Yellow Door for organising an amazing amazing night! Absolute 10/10! Everything was perfect from start to finish, their drinks are great and the girls serving our table were the absolute best!!

Great place for cocktails, music and food! Open till late! Lovely, comfortable couches and a stylish but cosy vibe!

Had such a lovely evening. Our party hired downstairs with its own bar, the staff were all so good and efficient. Upstairs also looked lovely, nice decor and relaxing. Definitely would recommend.

I was extremely excited to try this restaurant for my birthday with a large group of my friends. I have never been more disappointed with restaurant service in my entire life.Firstly, I arrived and we were told that the kitchen was having issues with a few appliances. We were fine with this as we had been told that we would be “looked after, fed and watered”. We were not told what food would be arriving at our table but we trusted the staff that they would ensure that we would have a good night. After my friend was mocked for not drinking, they finally gave us our drinks and we were happy.After 45 minutes, 1 portion of pork bao buns and 90 minutes for 1 portion of vegetable bao buns arrived. Throughout this time there was constant promises that we would be delivered more food. We were delivered no more food than this despite promises of burgers, salad, rice etc. We also had ordered a couple of beers many times and only received the order after standing at the bar and watching them pour the beer.When going to the bar to enquire about whether more food was arriving, one party member was aggressively accosted by a bouncer after passing him to get to the bar. This reaction was completely unnecessary and just the cherry on top of a horrendous evening.I had looked forward to going to this restaurant on my birthday for so long, and in the end all that I received was being ignored for the evening. Do not go here, you will have a horrendous time unless you want to starve.

Best afternoon I have had in a while and that is all down to the incredible service from Nell! From the minute we arrived she was amazing - fun, friendly and attentive. The food was great, our glasses were never empty and the decor is lovely. Would highly recommend.

I had a party at The Little Yellow Door recently and can't thank the team enough for making it such a special night. The fabulous host Amy accommodated my many changing plans with a smile and was available to discuss options on multiple occasions in the lead-up. On the day we were taken care of even better than expected, and the bar staff were friendly and courteous to all of my guests. The basement is a fantastic party venue and the bar's lively Saturday night atmosphere made it all the funner. Thank you Little Yellow Door!

I booked a section at the little yellow door for birthday drinks. Communication leading up to the event wasn't the best, but I've given the experience 5 stars because the crew on the night was amazing. They were incredibly attentive and created a space for our group in the den downstairs after cocktails upstairs. The music was great, everyone loved being back on a dancefloor again. If definitely recommend for a fun night out!

Took an hour to serve four simple brunch dishes. Then when it did arrive only two came. Avacado on toast was not toast but soggy bread, poached eggs were hard and cold. Food looked fancy but was pretty poor. Won’t come again. Probably a great place for cocktails but avoid the food.We did complain and it was handled very gracefully and they didn’t charge us for the food. I’ve increased the rating from 2 to 3 consequently.

I went to the little yellow door for the first time yesterday with my partner! IWe simply loved it! The host and waitress were a delight!!!all staff nice and fun! The food was amazing and the cocktails something else! So creative and delicious! The atmosphere was amazing! I will definitely come back!

Sat outside on a Saturday early evening and had a cocktail. Friendly down to earth staff and great drinks - what more do you want? Can imagine it’s also good for groups if you book in advance.
