The Mall Tavern in Kensington and Chelsea

I have lived in Linden Gardens for two years and this pub is my go to for a relaxed evening with friends or my wife. Excellent music, great beer choices, quite a few spaces outside (front and back). The service is generally super nice. The food is maybe a bit pricey but super good!

Not a great experience for a roast. Squashed onto a small table that could barely fit the plates. Food came out luke warm and some of the vegetables were rock solid. The vegan roast was too rich in flavour which made it quite sickly.

I walked in for a Sunday roast and they allowed me to sit at the bar because fully booked. Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff are also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is a main priority. Bloody Mary was great with the horseradish. Food looks good... really pub menu, some classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Really lovely pub just off the main high Street. We only had a drink here but the staff were friendly and accommodated us even though we were just having drinks and the place was fully booked (New Year's Bank holiday). We did see a Sunday lunch come out on the table next to us and it looked home made, it will be something we would like when we are next down here visiting.

I have no idea why the overall rating of The Mall Tavern isn't higher, it's great!I made a last minute, late afternoon reservation for Sunday lunch (after a bad experience elsewhere meant we decided to leave).The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was buzzy but relaxed, which isn't easy when the pub and restaurant were clearly very busy.I had the nut roast and my boyfriend had a cheeseburger. Both were delicious.I'd say for the location and quality of food, everything was well priced.We had a lovely afternoon and it served as a great reminder to come back more often, thank you!

Terrible experience like no other. Firstly we got served drinks which tasted like nothing. Then when the food came the experience turned into horror. Our fish was off and it stank from the moment it arrived. Took one bite and the taste was horrendous, it was clearly off. You can’t bloody serve fish that is off, you can get food poisoning. Besides the terrible expired drinks and food, the service wasn’t good either. Complete lack of effort to set the cutlery properly and didn’t really care about our disgusting experience with the food. I’ve never been to a place to take one bite and stop eating there, not pleasant at all…

Great pub, great service. The food really well prepared and big portion. They prepared a nice and cosy space with Christmas tree, crackers for us to celebrate our small Christmas party and we felt at home. Thank all staff for making our Friday night special.

Easily one of my fave boozers in London..Friendly staff, all the craft beer you could want and some of the best wings I’ve found in London..Rest of the menu is really interesting too..Watched most of the Euros here, good outside space and a really cool private dining area.A real gem in Notting Hill!

Food & Beer great! Shame really as the poor service and loud music totally throws everything out the window. Literally had to ASK for everything, from changing a table away from smokers, to moving from another table next to the TOILET! to ordering more beers.

Amazing food. Great beer selection (Standard Brew New England). Attentive service.Had a lovely birthday meal here, we had a selection of the small plates and was honestly surprised how nice they were, especially the veggie ones. The beer choice was great too, only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer to sample them all. 10/10 would go again. Banging.
