The Mitre in Kensington and Chelsea

I had a celebratory dinner at the Mitre and we went on a Sunday so we had the Sunday roast. The beef and pork was the best. And portion size was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend

Had the most amazing steak and drinks here. Staff are very friendly and attentive.Rory and the team were very kind to us regarding an error with the payment (on our behalf). I can't fault anything in this lovely pub and will definitely be back soon. Definitely recommend

Wonderful pub with fantastic, accommodating staff. The vegan sharing platter was one of the nicest vegan dishes I've ever had in a non-vegan restaurant. Drinks were superb and the manager, Rory, is a true professional. Will definitely be back

Unfortunately even the restaurant would have to agree it’s not what it once was, the Mitre. Fish that had been fried in oil that tasted weeks old, and a real funk on the nose in the dining room. Although the service was friendly enough, the staff were struggling to keep up with us and what couldn’t have been more than 2-3 tables. Three bad meals, three glasses of wine and a pint was £110 too, which is a total rip off for the caliber of establishment. Sorry! Used to love it there

Cosy atmosphere , great seating and lighting. Staff are friendly. Service was phenomenal. Food came really quick and the experience was as expected; amazing. Not the first timeand not my last either. Food was filling and dessert was tasty.

Went for a Sunday roast. Food portion was generous & pleasing to the eye. Nice pub, but obviously very busy, on a Sunday. Would go again& recommended to friends&family

Had a lovely lunch here today the roast pork was amazing, problem with my husband's burger was swiftly dealt with and a fresh one cooked it was taken off the final bill which was an amazing touch. The host at the front door was brilliant very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return when next in the area.

We originally stopped in here for an item on the menu that was posted outside, but when we sat down that item wasn't offered on the menu presented to us. As it turns out, there were plenty of other options and the food tasted great. The service was also very attentive and excellent and we felt very comfortable. We ended up going back the next night to get another sticky toffee pudding as well as the apple one to go. It was perfect!

Great pub situated close to Holland Park. Visited with the wife and baby, received a warm welcome and the food was spot on. Portions are big. I’d recommend the Chicken Club Sandwich!

Exquisite food! We tried the following:-Roast beef, horseradish cream - 5/5 ⭐️-Short rib & flank burger, smoked Applewood Cheddar, burnt onions, bone marrow crumb, gherkins, with skin-on-fries - 5/5 ⭐️-Sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch, maple pecans, clotted cream ice cream - 4/5 ⭐️We would order everything again except the toffee pudding. It was good, but a bit too sweet for our liking. When we return (which will be soon 😅), I want to try the pork belly roast 🤤.
