The Old Swan in Kensington and Chelsea

A cute place to have a drink and some good food. I definitely recommend the onion rings and their mac n cheese - absolutely delicious.

Well, they have great great couzine, for a pub.. Good quality of food like handmade , the staff was very friendly specially the lady with the sort hair ☺️.. I suggest this place , certainly!

Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Service was rubbish. First, their hot drinks machine was broken so no coffee or tea. Then, I ordered a veggie full English and they gave me a meat one with bacon and sausages because ‘the oven was broken so they couldn’t cook any vegetarian food’. My mates had finished their meals before I even got anything so I had to eat alone. I then got food poisoning from the spinach they gave me. Seriously, don’t ever consider coming here.

First time here and last one. We ordered online and the app made a mess. It was not possible to say what mixer was paired with what vodka. So the guys served it as they wanted INSTEAD of asking!! Very annoying and unprofessional. Later on, to pile on the bad customer service, when we complained, she just showed the ticket, and said: Well here is the ticket, it's your fault. No it's not my fault, and usually good hosts apologise and offer to change the drink because YOU NEVER ASKED WHAT WAS WHAT. You just assumed!! Never ever, Notting Hill is full of pubs.

Great food. Excellent service. We had the fish and chips and Steak and Ale pie. Highly recommend

Came in for a beer prices are what to expect in London good choice of beer on tap. Very clean pub if you enjoy sports the had the Champions League on 5 large tv’s around the room. Bar staff very pleasant and helpful.

The food is nice and the menu has some variety to choose from. Nothing really special, but nothing to complain neither. Their brunch menu is on until noon and there is a bottomless option since 10hAM until 12hPM for less than 30 quid.

Lovely pub in nothing hill, good food but many options of the menu were unavailable (both for drinks and food). The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The music was a bit too loud and I think more suitable for a club rather than a pub. Still very recommended.

Food was spectacular. Exactly what you would want in a Sunday roast. Disappointed to find 5 TVs showing the footy (all the same game) and had to beg to get one of the screens to show the rugby (Ireland v Argentina) which they reluctantly did but told we could only watch without sound. So I fixed it myself. Wonder why the other tellys were randomly shutting off. Ironically, once the rugby was on, most people in the bar seemed to be more interested in that.

We visited the Old Swan a few months ago, and we had the best experience.Congratulations to all the staff of the Old Swan who welcomed us with kindness; I am pleased to see how, despite the difficult period that the hospitality is going through, the staff is so motivated, professional, and kind. In addition to the beauty of the location, we found the food excellent and well presented: fresh beers and great taste. We will come back to visit Cristina and her fantastic staff.
