I don't exactly come to Wasabi for the customer experience, but would still be nice to be given the time of day whilst being served. Unfortunately the till staff couldn't be bothered to even say hi and only spoke to me once to confirm the price of the food. He was too busy talking and laughing with his colleagues, but should know that even general politeness goes a long way. I hope the manager can speak to their staff about this. Unfortunately the food was redeeming, as it also didn't taste very fresh and instead tasted like it was sat around all day.

We got the Tokyo Salmon & the Nigiri Set and they were really good. Also very affordable.

One of my favourite place with sushi in London ❤️

Got the teriyaki chicken with rice large bowl. There was only 1 teaspoon worth of dry chicken and the rest was just sauce & veg. Quite unpleasant and disappointed for the price! The rice was dry too and sauce too salty.

Wasabi is always good, shame I don't see it very often outside London. Seems like a few of the restaurants have stopped the half-price deal before closing... I'm not sure if this is a COVID thing or if its just the way they're going forward, but I think it should be brought back. Food is always good.

I visited Wasabi High Street Kensington in the last 2 days in lunch time. The food was fresh and tasty, it was really warm, not lukewarm. To my taste buds the balance between rice, chicken and vegetable could be maybe more vegetables and less rice. One thing that I would suggest to take on board: the staff who gives the plastic cutlary should NOT hold the cutlery on that end that we put into our mouth.Today before eating, I told a prayer to God not to get any infection or poisoning from the cutlary because I saw the boy touching the till, the card machine (PDQ) than my cutlary on the wrong end and his forehead.Apart from that my Chicken Katsu Curry Bento was nice.

Disgusting food! I ordered via Just Eat. My order took approx 1 hour 15mins to arrive!! The are in my local area so god only knows why they took so long. The vegan noodles were FREEZING COLD and the edamame container wasn't secured so it spilt out in the bag while in transit. I couldn't eat them. The noodles were utterly disgusting, a rip off for what I paid. For freezing cold stogy noodles with bit a quorn and horrid sauce. I felt sick looking at it. Don't waste your time, go to Itsu instead, or somewhere else. I complained to JustEat but got no where.

Superb location along the high street just outside the station. Good and plentiful of bento sets to choose from. Its mainly to go but if you can choose to dine in too, make sure you ask them to heat it up for soups and they will gladly do it. Sushi is fresh and yummilicious. It looks out to the high street and good for people watching. Btw, you need to clear up after you have finished.

Great place to get express sushi. This outlet is located within the grounds of high street kensington underground station. There're also bento sets with varieties to choose from e.g. salmon, chicken teriyaki, yakiniku (beef) etc. They even offer heat-up miso soup, good to warm body on a cold day. Seats available to eat-in. Do clear your own food tray thou.
