Xin - Harrods in Kensington and Chelsea

Service was excellent. The best dish was Wagyu Pulls and Lobster Noodles (Shanghai Egg Noodles). The rest you could probably get better elsewhere. Overpriced but expected for Harrods. Not traditional asian flavours, mostly catered to people who likes sweet and sour :)

The food is really good. All meat are halal. I like the dimsum. If you are a big eater the portions are small. This is not your regular chinese restaurant and on the pricey side. But I enjoyed all the dishes that I ordered and the ingredients feels fresh.

Mind boggling prices (7.50£ for a bottle of water, for example). The biggest gripe I have is being charged £4 for hot water which I didnt even ask for! The tea was already £7.50 and the £4 was charged on top of it?! I know I can't complain because this is in Knightsbridge and Harrods i.e. the prices are to be expected. Fortunately the food and service were incredible.

The food here is incredible. Loved all the dishes we got. Crispy Smoked Chicken, Lobster Dumplings with Caviar, Tempura Soft Shell Crab, Crispy Tiger Prawn Maki Roll, Chai Wu Fried Rice, Wagyu Beef Skewer and Stir Fried Chicken with Szechuan Sauce. Total came to £185 minus service charge. Good amount of food for 2 hungry people. Menu is halal. Definitely recommend. It's inside Harrods and parking is a bit difficult

Very good restaurant on the 5th floor of Harrods by the Technology department (at the time of writing this). This is not a food court sort of place. It is a proper 5 star restaurant with a great menu and very cosy. Fantastic service, amazing food. Not cheap but then again what do you expect, it is in Harrods and it really is a great high end restaurant! A must visit if you are in Harrods and can afford it.

Excellent food , excellent service as well. The person in charge of our table was very kind and there for us. The chef accommodated us by making modifications for a dish for my 1 year old son. It's a little hidden gem at Harrods which should be advertised a bit more.

Excellent food of high quality.ALL meat is halal, which is a bonus for me!I had the sweet and sour chicken which is probably one of the best I've had. It's extremely filling as the portion is generous. Wish it had come with more sauce but I wouldn't mark it down for not having it.Also had the duck spring rolls...DIVINE!And the soft shell crab with a lovely dipping sauce. As the crab is deep fried it might feel a little greasy to some. I have a sensitive tummy so it was for me, however it wasn't dripping oil.Had the sorbet for dessert. Two scoops of strawberry and guava and one of coconut and something (forgot). The strawberry one was excellent whilst the other flavour I couldn't even finish...would not recommend that one.Service was wonderful, all staff were ontop of their game without being pushy :) would visit again and again as I'd love to try the whole menu!

Food here is always amazing! It was hard to locate on our last visit as there were renovations on the floor below. Food is always good here, ‘very pricey’ but this isn’t your ordinary Chinese food. Food is halal also for any Muslims looking to go.
