Great italian rustic food, great service and cosy ambience!

·

Food and service of the highest quality. Prices very reasonable. Great location, just off the Kings Road.

·

With traditions going way back, this is a classic Italian restaurant. Secluded, quiet and superb staff. The menu is extensive and, I would imagine, every item would be of a high standard. Specials are also available along with an impressive wine list.

The kind of small restaurant with spirit and tradition, loved everything here, from the service to the food, honestly it's better than Scalini..

It was a very pleasant experience, the were very hospitable, especially in the current state affairs. It was my sisters 50th and they really made it special!!!

Phenomenal authentic Italian restaurant I've been lucky enough to visit many times for special occasions with family or friends and it does not disappoint. Be prepared to take a bit of a monetary hit but it's worth it if you have the money spare. The only thing I will say is it is not particularly accomodating to vegans but frankly I can't imagine a true Italian restaurant doing so they are essentially focussed on flavour and not content.

This is a wonderful restaurant, so authentic. The food is amazing, beautifully prepared and presented. Every dish I have tasted is full of flavor and leaves you wanting more. The ambience is noisy and bustling but this is a good thing, it creates an even more authentic air about itself. Highly recommended but all this does come at a price but highly worth it.

Nice local Italian restaurant to dine out. It can be too noisy depending on the crowd though.

After not being able to find anywhere to eat after wandering up some of Kings Road we headed back to the car and drive past this little find. Tucked away of the main road the place was full so we thought we'd give it a try. The food was delicious. I'm a huge fan of Italian food and I'm usually disappointed with the majority of Italian restaurants in the UK with huge menus of recycled tomato sauce. I was immediately impressed that the menu was nice and short, I'd always rather see a small selection of food prepared well. We shared deep fried mozzarella with the most amazing sauce. I went for the special of slow cooked knuckle of veal and it was delicious. Lovely complex flavours and very well cooked. We shared the chocolate mousse for dessert, lovely, thick, dark chocolate mousse, what more do I need to say! It was rather pricey but the food was definitely worth it.
