5 Guys in Kingston upon Thames

Five guys is a bit expensive, but it is worth the money. The fries are amazing, they come in long cups and the milkshakes are fabulous. I would recommend going there.

They make the ugliest yet the tastiest burgers in the area… but you do pay for it and as a treat occasionally it’s great.But the price paid for a drinks cup full of chips? £5.50… now that’s taking the p*ss but when they’re cold and not cooked fresh as you arrive… that’s why they get 3 stars and not the 5 those tasty burgers deserve.

We've had Fiveguys delivery several times in the past, but this was a scouting mission to see if it was suitable for my son and daughter's upcoming birthday parties. I'll never be tempted back!The usual really decent burgers (hence two stars), but that's where it ends: prepare for a 25min crush in a crowd of Deliveroo drivers' backpacks and crash helmets, while people try to listen for their order to be shouted out inaudibly (think what McDonalds would be like if they didn't have the screens it a separate delivery queue)... And we had to do that multiple times for each part of the same order. If it wasn't for the fries being so over-salted that my kids refused to eat them, I might consider another delivery, but no way I'd be tempted to subject myself to that chaos again.It wasn't worth the fight+wait to get replacement fries, so we all went down the road to McDonalds for fries, ice cream and brownies (Five Guys have no deserts).At this price, it's not worth comparing the burgers to McDonalds - I 100% accept McD burgers aren't anywhere near as nice, but they're fast, cheap and relatively low stress.Personally, I'll be opting for GBK every time: same price (or cheaper), WAY more choice, even better quality burgers, faster food and served to your table while you and your group can relax together... Or Shakeshack if you want a very similar burger + price, but way faster and less stressful.

I went to FIVE GUYS in Kingston for the one thing I always go to FIVE guys .CAJUN SPICED FRIES;) and they did not disappoint. I always go for the large perfect for 2! Crisp haven. Actually their fries are so good, is dangerous to love next to a Five Guys;) I only give 4 Stars to motivate the chain to finally bring out a good vegan burger. I know is hard as it is a traditionally beef burger place but the world is changing and having plant based options can only be good for business and the world.

Awful customer service. 20 minutes for a milkshake when I asked 5 minutes in where it is everyone else who was in my group had their food and drinks. When I asked the one who was making them him and his college was laughing at me. It was so disrespectful to see that from a fast food place what has such high expectations. For the first time coming I definitely won’t be coming back. When I asked for a manager he still have the courage to sit there and laugh.Then when I got the milkshake 25 minutes after. It had food all over it. Where his hands weren’t clean. Not impressed at all!!

Been a while since I had one of these, and no complaints. It's fast food, but decent. Nice that you build the burger yourself, refillable soft drinks a bonus too. Staff efficient and polite but not exactly a towering asset to the franchise. Quiet, clean, fast but perhaps a little expensive. Restrooms surprisingly presentable.

Great service and the burger was delicious! Came with loads of fries even just with a regular fries order.

Awful burgers. Vastly overpriced. They wrap the burger and bun in foil and when you get it to eat it's wet with condensation and you get a soggy bun. Burger taste ok but overall I'll never eat in there again. Saying that the Strawberry milkshake was lovely.

First time at a Five Guys and we all really enjoyed the food. For a counter service restaurant, we found the staff friendly. The only down side was that the seating area of restaurant needed TLC - tidying tables, topping up of sauces and supplies, and filling of the Coke machine.

Staff had no face coverings. Too long ordering. Result: soggy, leaking hamburgers that break with your hands while eating and all falls apart. Too expensive... for hamburger, small fries and a beer bottle : £15.58.
