Had to put 1 star as couldn't do none.Used to be great but last 2 orders have been really poor. No taste to curries and no heat in vindaloo. Won't be using again.

Food was amazing and customer service was astonishing. Those 2 young boys were very welcoming as it was my first time ordering at alamin and they were very helpful. Will be definitely coming again another day.

The food is extremely greasy, tandoori is too dry, gave me indigestion the only one time I tried it, but the most important is that this place is a shame for the neighbourhood with always having some dodgy and dangerous people around it, putting music very loud after a closing time at night and always having some arguments. Just witnessed an employee being extremely aggressive towards the members of the public who damaged their car, the guy tried to hit member of a public and the woman and was using a dirty swearing language. Such a shame such a disgrace place is in otherwise safe streets of Kingston.

Well what a waste of money. This used to be an old favourite of our family. I ordered a meal for one . This rap was pompadoms onion Bhajii Chicken tika masala and rice !! The meal was due between 8.40 pm and 9.pm no show so I rang the restaurant and loads of apologies ten minutes sir!! Someone had obviously not picked up my order !! It arrives 16 minutes late and the driver I greeted with a smile! He almost snarled at me as I thanked him and never said a word !! I bought in the food and there was an old fashioned takeaway paper bag stapled to a plastic bag inside, it was an awkward job to open. The pompadoms were ridiculously undercooked on one side and were soggy no dips or salad accompanying this. Cold and nasty taste the onion bhajii was even worse done up with sellotape they too were stone cold!! They were completely inedible I cut one open it was like a pulp inside stone cold and probably cooked a day or so before !! More for the bin! On to the main once again stone cold a lovely thick sauce that tasted really nice but stone cold the rice was very plain unseasoned and once again cold!! I don’t think this was intentional but it is a fact this is most probably the worst meal I have ever been served!! This is a shame as I used to love this place. In my honest opinion I can’t give tonight effort more than1.3 out of 10 and that’s only because the sauce even cold tasted good. Don’t use this place till it picks up!!! The only one happy tonight is Johnny the fox my local fox who got the rubbish I was served!! Very very poor avoid it if you follow my reviews xx😡😡😡😡

Appalling meal this evening after previous good experiencesThe butterfly prawn was extremely dry and the Dahl Samba was too peppery to eat.Garlic mushrooms were saturated in oil and tandoori paneer was extremely spicyHuge let down

We have had excellent food from this restaurant in the past over several years, however last night we ordered for 6 people, and the food was consistently bland across all the dishes, lacking in spice and flavour! I have no idea why there has been such a downturn in quality? Perhaps a change of chef. We were very disappointed considering we had spent nearly £100 on the order..

Been ordering from this take away for a good few years now. Never fails to disappoint. Deliciosly amazing fresh food and delivery times are pretty quick. Staff always go the extra mile for me. Generous with their sauces and salads too. Their mixed Biryani and Tandoori paneer is just amazing. Portion sizes are big too. Highly recommended!

Best Indian Take-away I’ve ever had. You can never go wrong with them! I have always received an excellent service and the staff are so friendly and bubbly, which makes such a big difference hence why I have been loyal and always stuck to ordering a good Indian take-away from Al-amin. My favourite dish is the Chicken Jalfrezi, I would highly recommend either the Chicken or Prawn dish, it has so much flavour and spice and tastes so delicious. For years I have ordered the same dish and it always has the same taste!!
