We love the food here been about 5 or 6 times. Food is amazing and staff are friendly. The setting on a nice evening is stunning. My only complaint and reason for the lower star rating than normal is the following.We have yet to have dessert here. We only remembered tonight they actually have a dessert menu. Out of all the times we have been We have yet to have a dessert. Today we got offered a menu. Given time to pick. Had my heart set on banana fritters for the server not to return. They gave us our menu the same time as the table over from us got their main meal. Eventually we got sick of waiting and when the other tables plates got removed we asked for our bill. I think this is the second time this has happened. My husband said let's just get the bill. I said no this happened the last time let's wait. It was a crazy time to wait to have to order and there was no staff around to ask or Catch their eye.Ended up at a ice-cream parlour round the corner. I don't understand the reason for not wanting to finish off a good service. Then they have the cheek to add a 10% service charge on.

Badass crispy duck noodles washed down with a nice guava collins juice. Really enjoyed the food here, but the portions need to be bigger please.Nice location in Kingston overlooking the Thames, with friendly staff and great service.Seats inside were a bit grubby and I had to table hop to find a spot that I was comfortable with.

We had a lovely time at Busaba. The location is great, right next to the Thames looking out over the river and Kingston Bridge. We had a selection of Thai dishes which all tasted amazing. We took our three children who hadn't really had Thai before so it was a bit of a gamble. It was great to see their faces light up each time they tried a new dish. Dispite being quite busy the service was very good. All in all a really nice experience. I would highly recommend.

We celebrated my auntie’s birthday here at lunch, and the food was amazing as always. The customer service was great, we didn’t have any issues on the food or any wrong orders. Also, the food came quick. Furthermore, as someone with social anxiety, the team were very friendly and helpful. They made me comfortable eating there.

A simple yet delightful choice of dishes on the menu. The cocktail Naga fireball is a must try!!

Such an amazing team working at this restaurant! The manager greeted us and was so professional whilst maintaining a comforting and friendly persona. Our server, Jaree (apologies if misspelt) was phenomenal! she was charismatic and friendly whilst doing a thorough job. i noticed she wasn’t like this just with my party. it’s clear she is a customer favourite due to her professional and friendly approach. the barmen were great and fun to watch!

This is my to go place. Me and my wife visit often and is our favourite. Today I’ve tried the ringlets, which I haven’t tried before, and are just absolutely banging. The staff is also always amazing and very accommodating.10/10

Always an amazing experience at Busaba kingston! Service and food is on always great.Vegan food is on point and can highly recommend! Don’t listen to the Debbie downers with bad reviews. If you wait to be seated and to order patiently the staff are lovely and the food is incredible!I had the asparagus fried rice with grilled roti and aubergine curry! Thanks for the suggestion for veganuary brendon!

Great tasting food! There was a wide range of choice and the food came out quickly. Would definitely recommend.
