Gone downhill massively....no wonder it was near empty on a Saturday lunchtime.

Very lacking in atmosphere, ÂŁ6ish for a pre made re heated panini! Nearly ÂŁ3 for a can of fizzy drink, shocking!! First and last time I'll be visiting here to be honest.

No vegan options really, so bit behind the times. When I asked they offered me gluten free!

The staff are extremely rude especially the person(a guy)at the till. No smiles from both the guy at the till and the chef.Food and coffee were not good. Went there for the first time and will never ever come back to this place again.Dont recommend this place.

I ordered a regular coffee. They put it in a mug the small mug. I needed it takeaway. So I got a takeaway cup and poured my coffee into the cup. I was shocked to see that regular coffee did not even fill the cup. It didn't even fill half of the cup! I am shocked about this. They clearly finesse their customers. Selling coffee for 2.80ÂŁ and not even providing a full cup. Absolutely saddened by how they do this to customers. I do not recommend this cafe to anyone

Food was delicious. Staff always friendly. Just a little cool in the restaurant. Felt like the aircon was on - not needed in October!

I visited cafe galico today with my mother and sister and was so disappointed. I asked for scrambled eggs on toast and out came 2 slices of white bread not toasted, when I mentioned I wanted well cooked toast which I had asked for he took it back to redo. I asked for fresh eggs to be cooked as they would be cold or overdone if reheated. I was then told I was being pickie. I would never recommend this cafe

Felt very unwelcome on arrival. Sat at a table for 10 mins without being approached. Then only when I asked if we could have lunch the guy bought over menus. Really unfriendly. Food was ok. We had paninis…would have been nice to be acknowledged. Wouldn’t rush to go back

We love Cafe Galio and have been regulars from the start. You always get a warm welcome from Ali and the Team and we prefer supporting independents than the coffee chains.

I have been going to this cafe for 10 years now. I can happily say it’s one of the best in the New Malden. Love the service, and food, coffee is delightful. Bring your family and love ones here.
