Caffe Nero in Kingston upon Thames

Nice coffee, openings early, plenty space, and great Service

Excellent cafe. Outdoor seating as well as indoor. Fast service.

Latte was too hot and therefore a little burnt. Sausage roll had been heated but not thoroughly, so some cold bits. Apart from that, it was okay. Certainly some room for improvement!

Coffee is super hot, if you don't like you drink too hot- mention to staff when ordering.

Must be the worst Caffè Nero! Dirty floors and tables. Cobwebs upstairs by windows. Toilets are disgusting!

Really friendly and helpful staff and a great hot chocolate. Brilliant place, will definitely be back.

We were served by such a lovely guy.He was very kind and friendly.I only wish I got his name so that he could be recognised for his quality personality and service to customers.

A café who doesn't regard cleanliness high in it's priority. Had a cappuccino with chocolate cake. (Tables had not been wiped, with either rubbish or used crockery uncollected). Coffee was not piping hot like it should've been; cake looked divine & although moist, tasted sweet, not of chocolate. (Having made ganache cake (made with dark chocolate of 80% cocoa content), Café Nero's version was disappointing). On using Café's toilet, toilet roll dispenser was empty, floor soaking wet & soggy toilet paper left on floor. (Whilst other customers are clearly guilty for leaving toilet in this state, toilet should, none the less, be checked regularly & cleaned.) More shockingly, when I relayed this to a female member of staff, acknowledging I appreciated Café was busy, she scowled at me & did not attempt to replenish toilet roll!! Had I seen disgusting state of toilet before we purchased drinks, I would've walked out immediately. Shame on you, Café Nero at Kingston.

Excellent Caffe Nero! Warm friendly staff great music relaxing atmosphere superb coffee and pastries! Flat White especially good!
