Chic-O-Land in Kingston upon Thames

The place smells strongly of damp. The guy behind the counter didn't seem bothered about taking our order. There was a kind of awkward Mexican standoff. Food was okay. The bar that I sat at by the window didn't look clean and the fly zapper above the bin kept zapping flies which I suppose is a good thing but would prefer there to not be flies in the first place. 🤢

I like their pizza because when I had it, it’s outer layer was nice warm and crisp which is what I wanted. Many times pizzas they get soft when delivered but this one remained warm and crisp which was not expected but it was delicious too.

Ordered a delivery,I've have got send the wrong pizza,I've called up tried to explain it. The phone has been passed down about 3 times. I've then had the manager telling me to whatapp text him a picture of the pizza. I've got told to come into the shop and they will change it at 3 am in the morning. The manager and the owner who was also there have talked to me in a very unprofessional and disgusting way. Poor customer service. They need to think about who they leave in charge.

First and last time visiting. Quality is average but it just can't compete with KFC.Bought a fillet burger meal which consisted of a basic burger of chicken, mayo, bun and lettuce, with chips and a can of coke. This cost £6.79.I was offered no sauce or a single tissue and this cost £6.79.First and last time visiting. Ridiculously overpriced for what you get.For the same price I can buy a zinger stacker from KFC with unlimited sauce and tissue. It just doesn't compare.

I wouldnt even give 1 star, we waited over an hour for cold food, food wasnt what we ordered and didn't receive all of our order. We ordered through deliveroo who contacted them, no refund, just £30 worth of cold food that ended up in the bin.

A very bad place to stop to eat! Was a 1 of never again ! Had a kebab and it was like cold carpet ! Worse thing is staff was so welcoming! Regret to eat the food ! Hope I don't get food poisoning ! Nothing good for their food !

I been eating this shop over five years I always really enjoy chicken , and I read reviews about chicoland first this shop don’t to deliverSecond chicken always cooking fresh.This shop over 20 years always 5 star food safety rating by healthy safety officers (Kingston councils) and you can check Kingston council web site

One more place, where you can eat something tasty on reasonable price. A great choice of chiken, prepaired on different ways, also lamb doner/wrap, beef/chicken/cheese burgers and many PIZZAS. On the top of everything its opened till late, even after 3 am. As I can see there is also a 7delivery option.

Please do not eat here! The reviews about having food poisoning are real!!!! This is either completely gone off chicken or not chicken at all. If environmental heath visited I guarantee 100% it would be closed down. If you want to try it fine, but please don’t give to your children!

Sickening food ! Health & Hygiene Standards needs to urgently pay them a visit. The chicken had a disgusting smell to it ended up throwing it away. Genuinely made me feel sick !
