Costa Coffee Within Next in Kingston upon Thames

The barista was very kind!I ordered hot berry infusion and didn’t enjoy it, she happily made another tea for me, and she told me the cold berry infusion tastes nicer.Thank you!

Good costa to sit down relax and enjoy the view, although it is kinda small and only one loo is available.

I went on a Saturday to meet my boyfriend's sister and we had 2 soya latte each, however he got really sick after we left, he is lactose intolerante and didn't eat or drink anything either before nor after Costa, so the only possibility is cross contamination with milk. I was so disappointed seing him so poorly. Not going back there.

Great, friendly staff. They always remember my drink order which is fab. Nice seating area to relax

Went in hit n bothered..... Got even more hot n bothered waiting for the toilet ( there is only one). My mocha was waiting, when I went to collect eventually the lovely lady gave me a heap load of choc sprinkles and choc sweet on the side. This made up for all the waiting. Lovely friendly staff

Very bad service, rud staff- especially one girl, her name is Malak. She made mistake with my order and instead of say sorry, she replied that I had ordered this. After that i asked for refund for the wrong amount and she went to the till and laughing mockingly, returned me £3.2 of coins only of 5p and 10p. We are regular customers, but from today, we will definitely not visit this Costa shop again.

Loved it came here with my daughters on Saturday morning, the staff were very welcoming and friendly the service was excellent and the coffee was amazing 👏

Tried to overcharge for cream when it was already supposed to be in there. Then when questioned he said it was only included in a small drink so when you had a medium you would have to pay extra for the cream. Wow that's first !! He eventually gave a credit. Wasn't even worth it as it came out of a spray can..

Good quiet Costa with nice staff. I recommend OPS coffee if you like coffee. It is Costas premium coffee and costs 20p more. As there is no outside seating or much footfall the pervy Arab men don't go here to eye rape women.

I usually love Costa, but my experience this time wasn't great. I received dirty cutlery. The spoon came with a piece of paper stuck to it.. and the knife came with old dirt stuck to it. When I asked to get clean ones, they apologised and got me clean cutlery and blamed the dishwasher.Just thinking they should check the cutlery level of cleanliness before giving it to customers.
